for the 547282747th time. i cant believe i used to live like this every day 😭
#its not awful defcon level or anything but i really did used to feel like this all the time bc i ate so poorly huh wow#i dont mean 'unhealthy' foods just that i have a lot of random food sensitivities that i never really clocked bc i felt like shit 24/7#literally just off bread i feel so wretched#sorry to be gross but you know when your mouth fills up w saliva before you throw up? that but six times in ten minutes and you never hurl#small mercies i suppose#anyway cursing the person who stole my mealkit you ruined my week. hope they at least ate the food 👍
