okay not to cross hyperfixations but what do we think all the dbda characters’ dnd classes are
#edwin’s obviously a wizard#and i can see an argument for charles as a fighter or a barbarian but hear me out:#oath of devotion paladin charles#i would also accept oath of redemption#(did i do paladin research for this to find out what the subclasses are? mayhaps)#anyway i think crystal should be a warlock barbarian multiclass#or else sorcerer barbarian? idk however u wanna categorize her magic my girl deserves to Rage#just based on vibes i’d probably put niko as a bard or a druid but i lowkey like the idea of her being a cleric to the dandelion gods too#especially if that means when the crew find her again post-esther she’s leveled up from ‘dandelion god cleric’ to 'dandelion god’#i just think niko deserves to have goddess powers and be able to heal her friends is that so wrong#i haven’t thought that much about the rest of them tbh this was mostly inspired by charles#i thought about charles 'eternal devotion' rowland loving his friends & bf So Hard that he accidentally swears a sacred oath about it#and then i came out of a fugue state with this post written so yknow. who am i to question divine inspiration#anyhow please share your thoughts <3#charles rowland#edwin payne#crystal palace#niko sasaki#dbda#dead boy detectives#dead boy detective agency
