#so I have to get covid tested for work twice a week#bc i haven't had the booster and they require it#even though I work at home and the only time I am around others is to get tested#anyway not anti vax just think the booster gives a false sense of security#and my fam and friends who have had it had terrible reactions#so today the testers were running late#and this lady who also has to get tested#was telling us how she used her essential oils when she had it and it was a breeze#so i asked her to clarify what she means by use them#and y'all this woman ingests them!#it's so dangerous! they aren't regulated at all but she thinks it's okay bc they are pharmaceutical grade#but that can't even be a thing bc no pharmacy would have them#anyway she told me i was entitled to my opinion and then started talking about this rash she has on her arm#and i was like it is 100% your body reacting to you ingesting essential oils#and she scoffed and said no it's not#i would bet money if she told her doctor she supplements with essential oils#he would tell her to stop or she will get more rashes#anyway please don't be like this lady#diffuse the oils properly but sparingly#and for the love of everything don't put them in your body#this has been a psa#oh i forgot to add that no one but me was wearing a mask#even though it is a company requirement if you qualify for testing
