went on a trans seinfeld tangent in class today and none of the cis people thought it was interesting >:(
#for context i have been obsessed with the ''trans seinfeld'' phenomenon for the past like year and a half#where people make posts imitating the writing style/cadence of the seinfeld sitcom but reimagining the characters as transgender#and like it's more than just that it's funny. i think the specific focus on seinfeld over any other potential sitcom is very significant#and i've been wanting to make a whole video essay on the topic when i have time#that's why i have a trans seinfeld tag on this blog#anyway we were talking about something related to seinfeld and evolving cultural attitudes/''is it still relevant?''#and i was like ooh i have a fascinating thing connected to this which you may not have heard of!!#and literally no one reacted the conversation just was like ''...anyway''#so now i'm sad
