todays thoughts: atsugawa sickfic abt their relationship with food insecurity and how akutagawa couldnt eat just anything due to his illness (lungs but i also believe he'd have an extremely sensitive stomach + foods he absolutely could not eat because they were so horrible to him) and so he wiuld often just not eat whereas atsushi grew up eating anything as long as it didnt look too bad (if he could take off the visible mold it was fine to him) and them slowly unlearning these habits that are detrimental to their health (aku's unintentional self starvation and atsu subconsciously international self sabotage)
