i feel like my body just should let me lay back down and not have my acid reflux kick up every time i think it’s done so i lean back
#LIKE JSUT LET ME SIT IN A RELAXING WAY NOT LEANED FORWARD HUNCHED OVER LIKE HELLO BITCH MY BACK HURTS LET ME LEAN BSCJ#i took my famotidine but it’s only helping Sorta rn ugh#uguhfhffhh#i can’t even go back to sleep yet bc of it too which is Annoying#idk what i wanna do w myself bc if i go on tiktok rn i’ll be on there til 3am for sure and i don’t wanna stay up THAT long#even tho my ‘nap’ before was like 6pm-8pm then i was awake for maybe 30 mins before i fell back asleep until 11#so like it wouldn’t Kill Me in the tiredness category but i wanna be good#i just think the more sleep i can get after ‘napping’ that long the better chance i have of not needing to nap after work tomorrow#anyways i’ll prolly scroll here a lil and also i might smoke bc that’ll help the sleepy hapoen
