Just did a squat for the first time in looooong time and. I cannot walk now
#I’m laying on the bed ✌️ chilling with my uber shaky legs lol#I was supposed to do like 2 sets of 30 but. well.#my knees r fucked up what can I say lol#my rambles#I’m actuality tho after doing 3 normal squats I realized I was gonna fuck my knees up bad since they aren’t strong enough for that yet so#I did like a. half squat?#I think?#it still hurt but less so#I did that 2 sets of 30#good enough. until I get some strength back lol#shakes fist at chronic illness. u may have fucked my body up but I’m gonna get my strength back bitch#anyways my legs r super shaky and it felt I like was gonna fall for a minute but I think I’m good now. should be anyways.
