Was just having this conversation on the Astarion discord server, and it's something that happens often and across many fandoms and characters. Orher users have picked thag up, too. The moment you write a more sub-ish man in a M/F pairing, it's like people don't really like it? Idk what it is 😅

In Astarion's case, I think it would make sense for him to be a switch? Reaching that point in a relationship where he just feels so comfortable and trusts his partner so much, he's willing to give up the need to be in control even if just momentarily 🤔

Don't get me wrong, I love Astarion taking the lead and being a tease, but I also think it's neat to explore a different side 👀
