Quil. where in the actual books does it say/imply the earth is flat. because I cannot remember and I am losing my mind a bit.
(context: kepler saw this post without context)
It doesn't, don't worry! At least as far as I can remember there's no mention, the elflat thing is from an anon way back in september (I think that's the first post, at least).
They were suggesting an idea they had about elves living on another dimension slightly to the left, and it was a flat earth (so I called it elflat). You can look up the tag "elflat" or "kotlc elflat" to find the posts where it's explained more in depth. Things about how that would make the social value of light make more sense, and also I think about how it would make the elf time zones work? Things along those lines about elves being more godly but losing their power over the generations, that they used to be able to create dimensions but they can't anymore.
But none of it's from canon! All personal ideas of a particular nonsie, you're not forgetting anything from the books. someone just liked the atlantis post yesterday and it reminded me how much it made me laugh, so I reblogged it again :)
