For this example we’ll be using a list in SharePoint for company outings that requires approval before they can be planned. The flow starts with a trigger that will fire when an item is created in this SharePoint list. Next, add a “Start and wait for an approval” action. This will set up an approval process and wait until a response is received from all of the approvers. If a responder isn’t able to provide an approval, the workflow will stop.
In the “Start and wait for an approval” step you can also configure what actions should be taken based on the approval outcome. In this case, if the outcome is “Approve” the actions will be to send an email with options for the requestor to choose from, such as reassigning or cancelling the approval.

Then, add a “Condition” step that will use the dynamic content from the “Approval” action to check for a specific outcome.
