                 ❛       they  are,   aren’t  they  ?       ❜    a  grin  spreads  across  his  lips,   snuggled  up  to  alec’s  side  with  a  comfortable  familiarity.  magnus  rests  his  head  against  his  shoulder,   something  akin  to  a  happy  sigh  leaving  his  lips.   this  is  something  he  never  thought  he’d  get  to  have,  he’d  accepted  it  over  the  years.  having  a  family  of  his  own  had  always  been  out  of  the  question,  a  far  fetched  dream  that  often  left  him  broken  hearted.  magnus  had  never  expected  anyone  to  want  to  stick  around  long  enough,  to  understand  the  faults  in  his  immortality  &  love  him  anyway.  he  hadn’t  expected  alec  lightwood.
