NEW BG3 / DND OCS.
Tumblr media
ILIAD GRAYBLEAK : tiefling life cleric (of ilmater). 28. bisexual (slight pref. for women).
born to a hardworking rugweaver named hebe graybleak, iliad is the oldest of four siblings raised by hebe alone. though he had never known his father, iliad had never lacked for anything thanks to everything his mother did for him. practically a saint, she instilled in him a deep respect for sacrifice and the suffering she endured to raise their family. when his mother fell ill and was close to death, iliad prayed over her night and day until the god, ilmater, answered his prayers and saved his mother. since then he has been a loyal worshipper of the crying god. he has devoted himself to worship of ilmater, and has joined his clergy to better serve him, moving to baldur's gate in order to be able to also slowly gather enough finds to move his mother close to his temple there so that he can better provide for her. iliad has three other half-siblings: thekla, his younger sister; ilektra, his youngest sister, and aeson, ilektra's twin brother. iliad is intended to be written as 'tav', and his primary love interest is shadowheart.
Tumblr media
FENLEAF 'FEN' QUICKQUARRY : wood half-elf beast master ranger/thief rogue. 26. bisexual (pref. for women).
a would-be member of the zhentarim, fenleaf was ejected from their ranks after she was blamed for a stolen shipment –– something she actually had nothing to do with. since then, she's sworn to take down every last one of them, with special exception for her partner, abad el-kareem, who sold her out and let her take the blame for his botched attempts to betray the group. for a time, she had made a deal with auntie ethel in which she gave up her voice for a year –– the year has since passed, but the places in which her mouth was sown shut have been inked as a reminder of the deal she'd made with the hag. she often travels with her dire wolf, snaggle. she can be recruited by the missing shipment quest area, while tracking the gnolls.
Tumblr media
ZEPHYR WYND : firbolg swarmkeeper domain. 25. heterosexual.
an outlander, zephyr and his druid sister, breeze, grew up far from baldur's gate. they were happy traveling the wilds alone for many years. but when the cult of the absolute split them up, zephyr decided he would do whatever he needed to in order to get his sister back and make sure she was alright. he can be recruited as a companion within the myconid village in the underdark in act two, believing that wherever moonrise towers is he'll be able to find breeze there.
Tumblr media
KE'NAH MASRANI : fire genasi spirits bard. 22. lesbian.
ke'nah used to travel with her human mother (hudan), a weaver, before the two settled down together with her lover (s'samira, the half-wood elf) in the forests of barovia. one day when she was 10, she was taken by a hag named noma'nomanar, who had lured her away after a big fight with her mother. the hag made a deal with ke'nah that she would let her leave safely if she could find her way back home, but ke'nah could never find the cottage. for five years, ke'nah kept trying to return home, but eventually gave up, realizing she'd never see her mother or her lover again. ke'nah allowed noma to raise her until she was old enough to depart, using ke'nah until she found a new, younger assistant to keep by her side. now, she travels as a side-show act, telling fortunes and contacting the spirits of the departed, hoping to see her mother again once more. ke'nah can be used as a bg3 npc, and has a dark urge verse as well.
Tumblr media
NOVAKARI : kalashtar stars druid. 21. bisexual (no pref).
plagued by the strife of the quori soul within her, nova is on a quest to heal the fracturing minds of her people, and searching for a way to free them of the dreaming dark. she grew up in a kalashtar settlement called uv-suvir, hidden behind a massive waterfall in adar (eberron) –– as part of her quest, she was teleported to faerûn, seeking to collect one of three asters: pieces of stars that she could then bring back to adar to help craft a barrier for her people that would keep the dreaming dark away. her quest takes her first across eberron to find the first aster, then over to faerûn, and inevitably to the world of exandria to seek out the other two asters she needs. nova can be recruited as a bg3 companion.

Thess vs D&D Representation
Fandom is frustrating, and some examples of cancel culture even more so. I think the term is sometimes misused (for instance, JK Rowling complaining about ‘cancel culture’ when people call her out on her transphobic bullshit), but in some cases, it’s things going way, way too far.
For example: Critical Role.
This thing that’s been going on with the fan who was complaining about the toxicity in the Critical Role community with an apparent view to becoming a ‘sensitivity consultant’ (despite an awful lot of transphobic and lesbophobic tweets coming out of them) is being resolved after an internal investigation and honestly, I don’t want to talk about that because without actually seeing or hearing the chat logs, I don’t know enough to have an opinion. The staff at Critical Role were made aware of an issue, they kept their mouths shut while they investigated, and what they found was that no one actually talked about a ‘sensitivity consultant’ job for this individual until said individual asked for money, and that’s what we have there.
Nope. It’s one set of comments on the article I was reading that I want to talk about. The comments that complain that the Critical Role cast is somehow being insensitive because Marisha and Ashley are playing lesbians and Sam’s playing a female character. Apparently this is wrong and insensitive and bad bad bad.
Okay. A few things.
By that rationale? No books by male authors can contain female characters, or vice versa. No media created by a cissexual individual can contain trans characters, or vice versa. If you can’t create a character that’s anything but a reflection of your sexuality and gender expression, that makes literature at minimum a dull place. You could maybe get away with it on an actual TV show with a staff of writers, but books are written by individuals, with a few exceptions, so even leaving aside how much representation would be stripped out of modern literature ... wow, would books get dull fast.
What about Matt Mercer? Yes, Marisha and Laura and Ashley and Sam and Liam and Travis and Taliesin each play an individual character ... but Matt plays everybody else. Men, women, agender and genderfluid individuals. Heterosexuals, homosexuals, bisexuals, asexuals... Matt plays every single NPC, and again, if he could only play what he himself is, he could only play male-presenting hetero or bi or maybe demi, grey-ace or sex-positive ace NPCs (unlike Taliesin, he’s never made a statement about it one way or another, so I’m not going to assume on the basis that he’s married). Holy fuck would that be a weird and boring world for the characters to wander around in.
What everyone seems to forget, and have done for far too long, is that this isn’t ‘a TV show’. This is their game. This is a bunch of people making up their own characters for their own amusement and allowing us to watch. If they want to explore a character with a different gender or sexuality to their own? Why the hell not? Look, I’ve been running shit for decades. My D&D campaign? Of the eleven players total I’ve had since I started the run, three have played against gender (two still in the game) and at least one plays a sexuality not their own - I don’t have exact numbers because few of my players have made their sexuality known to me, I haven’t asked, and I’m not going to assume anything (specifically, I’m not going to assume that it’s any of my business). That’s how people do sometimes. It’s how they see the character. Acknowledging that people of gender presentation and sexuality other than the one they experience every day, and more to the point, that those people are no different than they are beyond what’s between their legs and who they do or don’t want to fuck ... that’s important.
FOR FUCK’S SAKE, MORE THAN HALF THE CAST DON’T EVEN PLAY HUMANS! Sam’s not a halfling, nor is he a goblin! Laura’s not a tiefling! Taliesin’s neither tiefling nor fir-bolg! Ashley’s not an aasimar! Travis isn’t a half-orc! Yes, you can argue that those things don’t exist in real life so they couldn’t be, but that argument is shifting the goalposts. What’s being posited by people who insist that it’s somehow insensitive that Sam and Ashley and Marisha play genders and / or sexualities not represented by their personal experience is that you should not play something that you aren’t, because you don’t know their experience. No one knows the actual experience of being a tiefling or a fir-bolg or a halfling or a goblin or an aasimar or a half-elf or a half-orc or a goliath or a gnome. Or a wizard, for that matter! Half the reason for playing these things is to explore the experience of being them.
To elaborate on that last sentence above ... look, playing against your personal experience is important to me on a lot of levels, okay? I have a couple of friends who play female characters near-exclusively, just because “that’s how they see the character”, and that’s fine. It reminds me that these men see women as people, not ... well, look, I read stuff on Reddit sometimes, okay? I know how far too many men see women. Men playing women means they’re seeing women as people, not as sex objects ... well, okay, at least in the cases I’ve seen; I’ve seen instances of men playing women as sex objects (and women playing men as sex objects, frankly) and it’s kind of gross, but I don’t want to ban the practice just because some people take it to unfortunate extremes. Playing a different sexuality? Well, all it really means at the end of the day is how one determines who, if anyone, a character’s eyeing up at the tavern, and that’s an important thing to understand! Plus, there’s one instance I’m never going to forget that makes me adamant that people playing against gender and sexuality is a good thing. I had a friend who, when he was about the age I am now, came out as trans and started transitioning. I was probably one of the least surprised people in the world at this news ... at least in part because while he was still figuring out that his being assigned female at birth was nothing to do with who he actually was, he played male characters absolutely exclusively, and more to the point, the only time he seemed completely comfortable in his own skin was while he was playing a male character. It’s an extreme example, and I don’t think it applies to any of my current players - again, because they seem perfectly comfortable in their own skins when they’re not in character - but if playing something that they’re not presenting can help even one person come to terms with who they are? Godspeed.
Why, why, why are people ridiculous like this? People should be allowed to play what they want. Some people will be assholes about it. I don’t believe that the Critical Role cast are being assholes about it. Just because they’re playing their pretendy fun-time game in the public eye doesn’t mean that it’s not a pretendy fun-time game, nor that they should be subject to the kind of bullshit that leads to comments about “who they’re going to kick off the cast so they can shoehorn in a gay trans POC for their diversity quota” or “how insensitive they’re being for playing orientations and gender presentations that they don’t actually experience in real life”. THEY ARE FRIENDS PLAYING A TABLETOP ROLEPLAYING GAME; PLEASE TREAT THEM AS SUCH.
This rant brought to you by my being dragged out of bed earlier than I wanted to be because some jackass double-booked my hair appointment and I’m not getting in to have my haircut until the 14th. Eh, still beats my mother’s appointment in August.

hiiii <3 can you do 1-6 & 11 from the dnd oc ask for faelan and novix pls???
oh boy!!! yes i absolutely would love to!! fáelán is my pallid elf twilight domain cleric and novix is my tiefling celestial warlock; the answers got very long so i put them under a read more! thank you for asking 💌💌
fáelán: pallid elf twilight domain cleric
How easy is it to make them angry? Do they show their anger or hide it?
She definitely doesn’t show her anger through violence, I think her anger manifests more as sadness or frustration. If she is angry she’ll often express through words, but in general she’s pretty even keel unless something touches on a personal hot button issue, like the Dynasty, the Luxon, the safety of her party members, and lying.
Do they believe in soulmates?
She absolutely does! But it’s hard not to when her queen has had a continuous lover for several lifetimes. I think it’s more so that she believes that work should be put into the relationship, and that it’s not an instantaneous thing, but she does believe that certain people fit together and should be together for a long time!
Do they have any pet peeves?
Lying!!! She detests lying. The truth will come out anyway, so why bother?? Also when people think they’re better than someone else for superficial reasons.
Do they have a happy place? Somewhere they go to in their heads when they need to relax?
Thinking of the Lucid Bastion and of the long nights spent with Tevkiir and just the feeling of safety that the Bastion has given her. She also thinks of her mom and her time with her bat, Ciaran, and safe places at home, though lately her sense of “home” is changing to include a whole lot more than just her memories of her house in Xhorhas
At what stage of their life were they the happiest?
That’s a big question!!! Honestly I don’t know!!! Working at the temple as an Acolyte was I think when she aligned the most with her personal purpose so she was pretty happy then, but JUST NOW she was allowed to start the cycle of consecution so she’s really happy right now, though when the cycle is complete she’ll, obviously, be even more ecstatic
At what stage of their life were they the least happy?
Probably when she made Tanvir ( owned by @kesselin ) cry; she’d gone down in a fight for the second time, when they were fighting a hag, because she was trying to get to save him, and then when they got back to the tavern he hugged her close and she felt awful for scaring him in such a way.
The second time she felt bad was after the hag when she had tried to side with the rogue and get her more invested in the moral cause for the party; later that night, the rogue had referred to one of the were’s (either Tanvir or Bird, i can’t remember which one) as an “it” and Fáelán was so disgusted that she had tried to buddy up to her that she threw up right there on the spot and had to be comforted by the fighter
Do they have a “type” that they are usually attracted to?
Fáelán’s personal relationship to gender and sexuality is very nuanced and due to that/part of that she’s having a difficult time conceptualizing intimacy beyond that in storybooks. So she's attracted to the typical prince charming: someone strong and brave and honest, but simultaneously someone who can be tender and gentle when the time calls for it. Someone with complementary skills to her is also nice, because if they’re too similar to her it feels like there’s competition.
She’s primarily heterosexual which stems from her own internalized transphobia, feeling like other women won’t consider her a “real” woman and she doesn’t want to open herself up to that kind of rejection. Hence, she’s primarily attracted to men, because she considers them to be the “safer” option.
 novix: tiefling celestial warlock
How easy is it to make them angry? Do they show their anger or hide it?
Novix responds to anything that makes him feel any emotion other than pleasure with threat displays. He definitely shows his anger in a very physical way, but again not through violence; more like hissing, baring his teeth, ears back, that sort of thing. When he’s angry, you’ll know.
Do they believe in soulmates?
I don’t think he does? He has a sharp learning curve when it comes to romance, love, and general tenderness. The concept of there being someone destined to be with someone else, and not having that be some kind of subject-to-deity connection, doesn’t compute to him.
Do they have any pet peeves?
I don’t think he has any pet peeves, really; he’s not super socialized with his upbringing so he doesn’t have a lot of common things. But something that does make him extremely angry that others would consider is a pet peeve is when people disrespect Clerics (something due to his upbringing)
Do they have a happy place? Somewhere they go to in their heads when they need to relax?
Curled up in a warm place of sunshine and getting soft pets while he’s purring himself to sleep!!! He’s very cat like. But honestly I don’t know if he has a whole lot of “happy” places.
At what stage of their life were they the happiest?
I don’t think that’s happened yet, really? His campaign kind of left off before it could even start, but his general happiness comes when the inevitable relationship starts up with the Cleric of the group, Kellen ( owned by @kesselin ), and then things start to get better; but that “happiest” moment Remains To Be Seen
At what stage of their life were they the least happy?
Shortly after he killed his parents – or, at least, thought he killed his parents. That’s what lead to him having to leave home and run out into the wilderness and resulted in his semi-feral state, so….that would probably be the lowest.
Do they have a “type” that they are usually attracted to?
Similar to Fáelán, he doesn’t have a concept of romance, but unlike Fáelán, he hasn’t had any type of positive influence from storybooks. His family’s own attitudes towards relationships are less than stellar, and very hierarchical and specifically between Clerics and Warlocks. But over time he does develop his own criteria, and it is similar to Fáelán! But he’s moreso focused on the Cleric who has his eye…..

Seon Adventures Episode 18: Welcome To Crystalgate
Following the month long journey from Menum to Crystalgate, full of peryls and wonders, our daring heroes find ourselves taking shelter under the roof of the Crusty Challice Inn. A shady tavern of sorts.
Possibly a fitting moment for the party to roll for either Stealth or Sleight of Hand, because by the time we get rooms, Belli finds herself 40 gold coins short.
Apart of that unfortunate circumstance, the party generally have themselves a well earned sleep. Sort of. Now that I think about it, the baby, Rimefang and the animals have the best sleep, as the straw and wooden frames were hell for the sleepers.
Personal shenanigans aside, by morning time, once we’re together again, everyone agrees to get grub once they’re properly inside the city, as opposed the outskirts of the walls.
Once inside, the party admire the view of the different shapes and sizes of buildings and a variety of people coming and going, following their own path in life. Immediatelly their eyes go to the blue section of town, walled off from the rest, guards protecting it.
Approaching them, the 6 quickly learn from the half elven guard that this is where the people of importance generally live. The rich people district, as it were. Cluing the party in on one of the jobs they are to perform in town, a personal quest for Nelatha, the half-elven bard, whomst clearly was being sought out by dangerous people, if the dead messenger was anything to go by.
The Charisma Duo of Belli and Luctan persuade the woman that they are up to good work and are allowed by the two to walk on in. Prestidigitation is cast. As the party walk,  Belli shares a look with Amelia, regarding the lady guard, which makes the blue Air Genasi flustered from the notion and possibility.
Until everyone has to pop the breaks, since they didn’t know the exact directions for Nelatha’s house. A quick run back and forth by Amelia, with questions asked and directions pointed fixes this tragic fate from becoming all the more and it doesn’t take the Cultbusters much time to get to the premises of a mansion.
Not as immense in size to the Narrahs, but still a presentable height and width to it.  Shadowspire Mannor. Adress of one N. Braville. It’s a traditional manor house with fancy green stained windows. For the aesthetic.
Luctan approaches the door to knock. (Insert ooc conversation, where we joke how it would be funny, since Luctan’s carrying a baby, that this is him delivering a baby to Nel’s. “ You have just won a baby. Congratulations. I’m the stork. “)
Stepping at the rug, wind chime make sounds from his approach. Shuffling behind the door and the one, who comes to the door is a human woman with blonde hair and cheekbones strong enough to kill a man. Older woman, around Amelia’s height. Bags under her eyes.
Pretty soon introductions and explanations are made. This is Norra, mother of Nelatha, if the family resemblence wasn’t a hint enough.
We are welcomed inside as Amelia hands the letter due to mass confusion. “NEL! COME QUICK! WE’VE GOT GUESTS!”
This is definitely a shoes off house. And it reminds Ficus of his and Belli’s auntie.  The group are lead into the front room by the overwhelmed woman. Not exactly a sofa living room, but fancy chairs with high up backs certainly make a change to things. There are tables, as well as an ostentatuous fireplace in the corner.
Not even noticing the half-elven woman next to the flames, Mournimar sits in a non-heterosexual way in one of the chairs. Again,  Nel is sat at the fireplace. Looking not surprised, expectant, actually. We discuss how we got here. A wild ride, for sure.
Luctan nudges Amelia to approach the Half Elven Bard, regarding the letter. And Belli chimes in, as well.  “Give it to her.” Which only adds to the blue girl’s flustered demeanor. It becomes pretty obvious to the rest that Nel had been scrying on everyone’s favorite knee destroyer.
Said knee destroyer, who had passed the letter onto Nel’s mom, who was reading it elsewhere at this very moment. Yeah, the Letter was for Nel. Luctan checks with the mom, but the man rolls a 0, so nah, Insight check fail. (Luctan 0 count: 1)
Everyone proceeds to just reminisse, now that they were together again.  You and Ames should go on a date.” Belli states and  Nel almost chokes on her drink.
Nel’s mom walks in. “I beg your pardon?” And Belli comes up with the lie of a “friendship date”. -wink-
Pretty soon we end up having to introduce Ficus to nel and there is a recognition between the two. They had met in Sa Doma, under other names. The implications are almost the expected ones by the party.
Well.
Except for Luctan, who just winds up rolling another 0 on his Insight Check. (Luctan 0 count: 2) He was too distracted by the youngster in his arm nest to really notice.
Amelia: “This is fine.”
“Make yourselves at home!”, Norra speaks, before herself and Nel go to a room upstairs, for a moment, to discuss the letter and are soon followed by the Chaos Siblings (and baby), after Belli gets some of the truth out, that nothing that they suspected was the case.
Nel had tried to arrest Ficus a year prior, until she realized what his exact profession was.
While Burk finds some frozen grub for his baby dragon (”Yay, food!”) Ficus tries to make peace with Amelia, with the power of Bumpkin. But alas. As the saying goes  “Pussy doesn’t solve everything.”
Amelia ends up admiring the decour and paintings in the guest room, having hit the jackpot on baby pictures of Nel. Including one of a chubby baby Nel getting a bath. Of her and her mom growing up. All very nice and quaint. Candles around and stuff.
Luctan, distracted by the little one, again ends up rolling a 0. (Luctan 0 count: 3) and cannot exactly succeed on stealth. The elven child is just so enamoured with the tiefling’s hair.
There are hushed voices behind the door, where the Braville women speak.
As the kazoo Bard has a stand off with the baby, the Ranger and Fighter hear most of what gets spoken inside.
Tumblr media
Nel wants Norah out of town, because of assassins growing bolder. But the older woman stands her ground, stubborn, like her daughter and refuses to leave so easily. They go back and forth on this subject for a while as they discuss the letter...
Until the subject of Amelia is brought up.
“You’re not gonna listen to me. The least you could do is answer a question. How long have you known the blue one?” Information is traded between them and the mother does consede a bit.  “Interesting, maybe you should go on a friendship date.”
Given the bad stealth roll by the one with the many pointy weapons and the conversation drawing to a close, everyone tries to make a sneaky escape. With everyone, but Luctan succeeding. Nel’s Insight check is too strong, at 32. (But the group totally fools her mother, okay?!)
After some shenanigans and a polite conversation about frozen foods for Rimefang, between Burk and Norra, everyone soon find themselves out of the blue District and down, across a bridge, to a place called “The Tabernax Inn” tavern. One of the many suggested places they could visit, along side such locations as:
“ Ebriosus’Corner”. in the South West. ( an underground place for the “adult life), smoking, passions and raves)
“Tiger’s inn”, the Vineyard.
“ Harper Street” for sweets.
But that doesn’t matter right now. The party are too hungry to go anywhere, but the inn and any attempts to investigate, while walking are quelled for Luctan as the baby is his immediate world to protect.
There are people konked out at tables, inside. A Dark skinned Halfling woman, behind the bar. Giving a look over to the back of her room. There seems to be confetti on the floor. On the stage area there seems to be a large, very tall lute. Bellli recognizes the design. An experimental instrument. A base!
She approaches the stage and is met by the halfling woman, whom she begs to play the instrument.
With some help of Luctan being the hypeman for the famous Narrah, Belli gets her chance.
And with a 24 in her Performance, she rocks out like there’s no tomorrow.
Tumblr media
Food is on the house. Well, not on the house. On Nel.
Over breakfast  the full Brittish breakfast, the group talk in honest about Nel’s problem, which she denies she needs aide with.  People caught wind of Nel’s location and she had to lay low. Simple as that.  She’s obviously Fine. In all senses of the word.
We discuss in more in detail about what went down since last they talked with Nelatha. How they parted ways with Samson, upon reaching town. About the drama in Sa Doma and the news hitting them of Gexum. Of their move to inspect the orb again and the further revelations within.
Luctan explains the addition of the baby and the party’s physical condition, thanks to the Flurries along the way and the wizard, who had ambushed them at night.
Nel suggests orphanages and delivering the baby to be adopted, which brings Luctan to the thought of how he didn’t even consider writing down that part as a task in Crystalgate. Some reflection is had, while Mournimar gets some pointers to visit the blacksmith  Dellemak, who would give a discount, if the tiefling mentioned he was a friend of “Matilda”. She suggest he just not ask too many questions. Alternatively, for armor, the Darksbane Army’s camp holds a smith, under the  Darkest Nightsbane.
Burk is inquisitive about Nel and Nora’s names and after a few minutes of being coy, the half-elven bard assures him that their names are their names.
Once Belli gets seperated from the guitar, as it’s original performer returns from sleeping upstairs, a Firbolg named “Lauren”...
Tumblr media
... she joins Mournimar, Morgan, Burk and Rimefang on a walk to Dellemak’s. All the while Luctan, under the suggestion of Nel, finds the party some work from the Crystalgate Dungeons, joined by Ficus.
Pretty soon, the party are together again.
Mournimar with a new nail bat, an armor in the works and Burk? For the first time since they’ve known him, the party see the Goblin minus his armor.
Tumblr media
Once together again, Luctan gives the group the skinny on what they can do for Crystalgate, in exchange for money. Five seperate jobs. Each promissing? Many possibly connected to the same pattern.
1. “Knight Kelvin Mountainsteel wants a job to be done, but the qualifications for said job are quite uncertain. He specifically asks to vet the people, who are to do the job for him, before he can even decide to hire them.”
2.  “Ziaz, Teller of Tales, slain in the Silver District. Anyone with clues to report back and can get a reward.”
3. “ Dame Carzyre Venzyre Carnove Pitra, famous dancer. had called in an Issue of screaming from a nearby home, the local guards are too occupied with other work in this metropolis to answer.”
4. “Lord Arwen of Elevir, Member of the “Circle of Shaksban”, wants help with an issue of possible high powered mage. Needs qualified people, who can handle magic users, rather than the guards.”
5.  “ String of Murders in the Bronze District, details inside.”
Upon the mention of murders, Mournimar can’t help but think of his mother and hopes this isn’t related to her or the cult. Whether that is the case or not is yet to be discovered, alas.
What catches Belli’s attention is the third job. The one of Dame Pitra’s call for aide. Belli’s heard of the dancer before. About 27 years old, the performer was/is a Fire Genasi. A fire dancer, if you will.
Short term, the group agree on what to do from here, for the day at least.
Part one: Try and convince The Darksbane Army to help out at Lake Stren and prevent the shedding of blood, the rise of a mysterious creature from beneath.
Part two: Help the Dancer.
Part three: Investigate the Keemis medalion, back at the Temple of Keemis. A curiosity that had been bothering Luctan since they found the medalion amidst the remains of one of the Flurries.
As they finish their meals and are lead to the location of the DBA, something in the skies catches their attention.
A dot at first. Then a mass. Which takes the shape of a person flying at 100mph down towards the ground.
Belli prepares herself to cast something to prevent her faaaaaaaall... Until the tiefling, herself casts Feather Fall and makes a dramatic landing. Eye catching, both in the execution and in the appearance of the Executor.
A tiefling of purple skin, red make up and bright green eyes, the acrobatic feminine figure brings attention to herself all the more with rhyming and yeet of a bouquet~!
Ashen is her name and Mysticism is her game!
Tumblr media
Having most of everyone around in awe, by this point, Ashen smiles, throws two cards towards them and onlookers, before smashing a small gasbomb into the ground, disappearing from sight.
Upon these cards, there are four simple words:
“ Voltani Mystique” and “Every dusk.”
The younger members of the group can’t help but hoot and holler in excitement at what they had just witnessed.
That was wonderful! STUPENDOUS! And how she flew!
Oh.
She flew.
Luctan pretty quickly goes in a near fetal position over the realization that he too could fly, with wings that is, and now couldn’t. He just sits there, much to the pity of his friends.
Until Amelia steps in. And, like a baller, casts Levitation upon the disguised tiefling man.
