I can't be the only one who thinks the whole "older heritage poultry has more flavor than young commercial birds!" thing to be bogus marketing ploy.
#i really can't tell any significant difference but maybe that's just me.#however when you have less meat to go around you maybe pay a little more attention to the flavor#especially after all the painstaking effort of raising processing and cooking it#as opposed to any slab of meat grabbed from the grocery store#ny says#idk i'm very sleepy and thinking out loud#i'm fat dumb n happy rn tho turkey is turkey LOL
