Paris 💕 _ It’s been years since I’ve been in France and it feels like the whole world has changed, and me too. I still do this asana nearly every day and I would still bust it out with a big smile for a picture. And yet, something has shifted. _ I show up as myself with all I have to give, and I have learned to trust that it’s enough. I am here on this planet to learn, to teach, to love, to share, to be. It’s not about being in some cool club, it’s about being yourself and being totally unequivocally unapologetically in love with that. The sun is always shining somewhere. It’s only our limited perspective that makes us experience night and day. But in reality the sun’s rays are continuous and it’s the rotation of the Earth that gives us the illusion of the sun appearing and disappearing. _ Sometimes I think our life is like that. Maybe we never actually stop shining even when we’re gone. This video was shot in Paris @ashtangayogaparis for my friend Linda Munro. When I have the chance to travel to France ... I love visiting her Shala. I find the early practices most beautiful ... trough a large window on the ceiling ... the morning light slowly comes in the Mysore room while every one practices ... and if by chance it's raining outside you will be surrounded by the sound of drops falling on that glass rooftop ... quite an experience. great practice this morning @ashtangayogaparis ... one of the most beautiful space I've ever practiced in ... light colored hardwood floors, white walls, and a beautiful old fashion glass sealing that let the sun light ☀️come in little by little at dawn ... and Agatha is the name of the teacher ... haha ... that is in did pretty cool!! if you come to Paris you should definitely check it out 😊🙏🏼💕 (at Ashtanga Yoga Paris)
