Pakistan continues to remain on FATF 'grey list'

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार के लिए दुनियाभर के देशों से भीख मांग रहे पाकिस्तान को हाल ही में बड़ा झटका लगा है। शुक्रवार को फाइनेंशियल एक्शन टास्क फोर्स (FATF) के एशिया प्रशांत क्षेत्र ग्रुप (एपीजी) ने पाकिस्तान को ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया है। बता दें अब तक पाकिस्तान ग्रे लिस्ट में था और एफएटीएफ ने उसे आतंकी फंडिंग के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए थे। लेकिन पाकिस्तान आतंकी फंडिंग को रोकने में नाकामयाब रहा और फिर एफएटीएफ ने उसे ब्लैकलिस्ट में डाल दिया। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, पाकिस्तान टेरर फंडिंग और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकने के 40 मानकों में से 32 को पूरा करने में विफल रहा है। पाकिस्तान ने आतंकवाद से लड़ने का कमिटमेंट किया था लेकिन वह अपने इस कमिटमेंट को पूरा नहीं कर सका। पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ यह सख्त कदम एपीजी की बैठक में उठाया गया है। बता दें ऑस्ट्रेेलिया के कैनबरा में आयोजित एपीजी की बैठक का शुक्रवार को आखिरी दिन था। एफएटीएफ जी-7 देशों द्वारा संस्थापित एक अंतरसरकारी संगठन है। इसकी स्थापना साल 1989 में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग से लड़ने के लिए की गई थी। फिर साल 2001 में इस संगठन ने आतंकी फंडिंग से भी लड़ने का काम शुरू कर दिया था। एफएटीएफ का सचिवालय पेरिस में है। पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ हुई इस बड़ी कार्रवाई के बाद उसकी आर्थिक हालत और ज्यादा पतली होनी तय है। ऐसे में पाकिस्तान को दुनियाभर से कर्ज मिलना भी मुश्किल हो जाएगा। एफएटीएफ ने कहा कि, पाकिस्तान न सिर्फ जनवरी की समय सीमा में एक्शन प्लान लागू करने में नाकाम रहा है, बल्कि वह मई 2019 तक कार्ययोजना को पूरा करने में भी असफल रहा। ये भी पढ़े...  भारत को परमाणु हमले की धमकी देने वाले पाकिस्तान के रेल मंत्री की लंदन में हुई कुटाई, अंडे भी पड़े पाकिस्तान की इंटरनेशनल बेइज्‍जती, गूगल पर भिखारी सर्च करने पर दिख रही इमरान खान की तस्वीर आर्टिकल 370 हटाने पर आगबबूला हुआ पाकिस्तान, कह दी ऐसी बात Read the full article
