#I'm so fucking pissed rn#and the company just yeets everything over 75 hours at the end of the year into nothingness#and even when i ask to get them paid out i either just get told to take the days off#or I'm looking at a juicy 45% taxes#cuz bonus salary the state gotta cash in#cuz you do extra and give up your free time#nioce#i have no fucking idea how to get rid of them#and i just got project after project cuz i need that so they can give me a permanent contract#and last meeting boss was like at least none of you gotta worry about your job#thanks#you should worry about my job#im just getting praised for carrying the dept a year after starting to work and nothing else#aside some new shit coworkers that suck it up to boss and get preffered treatment#i didnt take a single day off my legal holiday yet either#i have like 8 weeks of free time ill never be able to take this year ahahahaa#no im not going insane and right into a burn out 2 years after i started working at all#nope#rant
