Just wanted to share this recipe for those who have frequent Asthma Attack. This is something you must have in your pocket at all times. 👉Asthma Essential Oil Blend👈 💫 5 drops of Lavender 💫 5 drops of Lemon 💫 7 drops of Eucalyptus 💫 7 drops of Peppermint 💫 8 ml of carrier oil(VCO, Sweet Almond or Grape Seed oil) in a 10 ml roll-on bottle I use it topically on chest if I feel like I will be having an attack or cap it in your hands and breathe in for a minute or 2.
