#delete later#i went alone to get my ears pierced today#it was a completely new situation and i got there perfectly and made conversation and didnt have a panic#attack at the needle and at somerone being that close to me#abd then i bought thr care products i needed ON THE FLY and got home#and rested and THEN managed to have enough energy to do chores#sometimes its easy to miss progress. this isnt one of those times#i coped so well with a new situation that has a massive fear (needles abd pain) attached with a bunch of uncertainty#rolled in there that i still had energy to do things when i got home#im so proud of myself#so proud
