tumblr's internal content moderation guidelines & procedures are either passively or proactively bigoted, it doesn't really matter which to the people affected by the prejudicial bans & it certainly won't matter in the eyes of the ACLU when the next lawsuit hits tumblr, however if it is simply an austerified, catastrophically automated system with nobody at the helm which is being abused by asocial groypers to terrorize minorities then I don't see why someone couldn't hypothetically abuse that system in the same way to suppress this websites most consistently vapid, sanctimonious, & horrifically reactionary contingent of users: adult fanfiction writers
