#AuthenticHealth ...what I didn't mention in this video is #BREATHWORK. Breathwork is soooo important for singing and for your body. Good breathing exercises, done properly, can improve the function of your lymphatic system, alleviate and prevent back pain (many of my students experience this), lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, tone facial muscles, and even improve digestion! On a purely aesthetic level (as an added incentive), a strong and healthy respiratory system will naturally contribute to a "V" shape in the torso as the spine decompresses and the rib cage opens πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ’ͺ🏾. #BeyondAesthetics #HealthAtEverySize #InsideOutHealth #FunctionalFitness
