Cottonseed drying plant is useful in the cottonseed Oil Mills, cottonseed De-linting Plants, Warehousing, Cotton Ginning Plants and other cottonseed related industries for drying of cottonseeds. Capacity is 50 Ton to 600 Ton per day.

Operating principle:-

The machine operates with a convective drying system. The cottonseed is dried and cleaned by providing a continuous flow of hot air with a certain temperature, a specific velocity, and a retention time, passing it over a thin air permeable belt through hot air distribution slits. The temperature, feeder, and retention time are controlled using an electrical control panel board. The operation is continuous and the drying is done efficiently bypassing the air through the bed thickness.
