pulled an all-nighter reading ahmed's miles morales run hmmmmm its okkkk. i should probably get around to reading bendis' bc like. yeah he does not explore any cultural aspects of these characters whatsoever but like hes good at character exploration... and maybe? better at plotting than ahmed? like when ahmed's plotting well hes great but these later few chapters are a bit overconvoluted with clone saga and everything like ermm. but i guess bendis suffers from this as well (civil war ii is sooooo boring) and he just had a longer time to put in some good issues to balance out the bad ones 😗

so I watched No Way Home for the first time ever last night (I know, I’m SUPER late to the party), and 1) I laughed, screamed, and cried so much that I literally couldn’t sleep, and 2) idk I just think it’s funny we got a movie about a bunch of villains being redeemed and saved from their inevitable deaths only to be followed up the absolute bloodbath that was Multiverse of Madness 🙃

For four long weeks we scoured the independent record shops of the United States of America for what we deemed the best 7″s they had to offer. We then, selflessly offered them up to you guys to win, in what was, with hindsight, a ridiculously dull final competition question. Please, I assure you, it was just as boring for me to have to go through the 127 (ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN. Seriously guys, we’ve not even sold that many ALBUMS) entries we received.
