HE IS JUST SO ETHEREAL IYKWIM. The whole album unreal unearth is based on dante's inferno and the way he talk about it and the way he is just so passionate about the whole greek myths meet irish folk meets indie music thing. I mean I am absolutely mesmerised by this man by that one hour podcast.

Did you hear francesca? HE WROTE IT FOR SOMEONE!!!!! THERE IS A SOMEONE AHAHAHHHHH OHHH WHAT I WOULD GIVE TO BE FRANCESCA. But, it was also inspired by a character in dante's inferno who was infact a real person in florence during that time who was married off to a much older guy but she fell in love with his brother and when the old man found out he killed them both. So, they represent the lust part of the 9 circles of hell. And, according to Andrew, everyone song represents a circle.

BUT, there are just so many layers to his songwriting. I mean, take in a week for example, it can be about two lovers dying but still finding their way to each other, but then again it be about loving someone so much it feels like dying. Death and love can be synonyms.

Idk there are just so much layers and the imagery and the references from greek or irish or roman mythology is to die for.

He is a poet, truly.
