Ratau is the best family friend!

He's been Baabaa's most trusted person for years now, and he comes around to visit every few weeks!

The kids love their cool uncle Ratau. He may or may not teach them something bad behind Baabaa's back just for the funsies. Nothing dangerous for them, of course! Maybe like, cursing or something.

Hello dear tumblr people!

I reappear once again to state the obvious: this blog almost certainly won't be as active as it used to be.

It's always in the back of my mind as an unfinished project, and I don't find it very polite to suddenly disappear one day and keep you guessing if I'll ever be back.

Thank you so much for your support and for joining me on this narilamb adventure, it was truly an unforgettable experience.

Let this blog be my treasured archive, to which I may — or may not — add some more posts to from time to time, if I get the urge to draw the scrunklies.

Meet the Baabaa kids: 3 years later!

Belomor is 10 years old now! His horns are longer, and he was allowed to come up with a custom design for his clothes.

Still a calm kid, he loves reading and writing, and knows a thing or two about math and science from the books he's read.

He absolutely loves his little sisters, even though they like to test his patience sometimes. He's close friends with Aym and Baal, too! A studying enthusiast, somehow Belomor managed to help teach completely unmotivated Vlastislava the basic reading and writing skills, and he's already helping teaching Buyana.

Vlastislava is 7 years old now, and just as rowdy as before!

She's running around like crazy, climbing all the trees and stealing Belomor's toys to play with them. If she was a little childisly annoying before, now she picks fights with people on purpose, biting and scratching them to see what they do. She's been grounded many times for that, but nothing seems to stop her. The only hope is that she is calmer when she grows up.

She picks fights with Belomor and doesn't hesitate to fight back to Buyana. Among the kids, usually Aym is the one to stop her, because he is the only one that fights instead of trying to negotiate, and he undoubtedly is a better fighter than she is.

Buyana is 4 years old now.

She's running around, chatting with everyone and trying to help them the best she can. She is learning to write simple words. She kind of invented drawing in Lamb's cult - once she stole Belomor's writing utensils and made a scribble drawing of Narinder. Since then she's been given paper and ink and allowed to draw as much as she wants to.

Buyana looks up to her siblings, repeating what they do - she's trying to pick fights like Vlastislava does, trying to learn to read like Belomor does, trying to train like Aym does and trying to play music like Baal does. If someone has something, she needs to have it, too! She is pretty easy to negotiate with and distract, though, so no one actually has to give her everything she asks for.

Idk if this has been answered before, but what to the bishops think of the narilamb kids and vice versa? Who’s their favourites?

I've been saving this ask for until Shamura is revived, but my plans changed a little, so I shall post it now.

Leshy loves to spend time with Belomor, Vlastislava, Aym and Baal. He feels nervous around Buyana because he can't keep an eye on her, and this is pretty much the only reason why she isn't on his favourites list with the rest of the kids. Unlike his siblings, Leshy believes that Aym and Baal are just children in the end of the day, and treats them as such. The twins appreciate this and come around to play, too. They can relate to Leshy, in some way.

Heket spends time with all three of the kids, but her favourite is undoubltedly Vlastislava. They both love to fight, and Heket teaches Vlastislava some of the cool fighting moves. The kits don't trust Heket much at all, because of her and Narinder's past and their sibling hostility toward each other. Heket doesn't feel like spending time with them, either.

Kallamar spends time with Belomor, Vlastislava and Buyana and loves them pretty much equally! He doesn't spend very much time playing with the kids ever since he's started dating his partners, though. Kallamar is straight up just scared of the twins and tries to avoid them as much as he can.

I love Kallamar, however. I will always adore Leshy. Thus, I wish to ask.

Since Heket occasionally makes music now, would Leshy join in from time to time via singing?

Or would he be instrument player while Kallamar is the singer?...

What I mean to ask is. Are the bishops gonna become the Cults music band?

Playing in a band required a lot of team work, and Heket is not a big fan of team work.

But there is someone else you could call the cult's music band!

Baal liked the idea of playing music. He took one of the unused guitar-like instruments made for Heket (Narinder made multiple, trying to get them to sound better) and started learning simple melodies.

Nardiner noticed it and made a smaller guitar for Baal to play.

Seeing Baal with a while guitar of his own, Vlastislava wanted to play something, too! Guitar seemed too hard to use for her, so she stole Heket's tambourine. After that, Nardiner made her a smaller one.

Now, sometimes you can hear those two playing music together. Usually it's Baal trying to play something and Vlastislava shaking her tambourine violently, but who are we to judge? Give them some time, and they can be the cult's music band!

first time meeting his kits after over 15 years... he expected them to be as tall as usual, but they ended up not even as tall as himself, revived with the bodies they had before having been gifted to the one who waits. they remember who they were, yet their bodies are just about 6 years old

Meet the Baabaa kids - Vlastislava

Vlastislava is my vafourite kid among the three of them. When I say “Cult of the Baabaa kids” I mean “Cult of Vlastislava” cause god, she acts liks she owns the place.

Vlastislava (short - Vlastya) is the second kid of Narilamb in my AU, a 4 year old girl. Her name is an old slavic name consisting of the words “vlast” - homeland (in modern Russian - power, authority), and “slav” - glory, fame.

She looks a lot like Narinder, the main differences (aside from the lack of the third eye) being the shape of her pupils and the legnth of the fur on the head and the tail.

Yet, her one and only role model is Lamb! She dreams of being as strong as him to defeat all her enemies, and she loves to play fight.

She’s played with every follower and climbed every tree in the camp, she always pokes her nose everywhere, and most of the followers absolutely adore her.

As feisty and demanding as she is, she doesn’t lack compassion and loves to help everyone around the camp. She isn’t mean by any means, just a little baby that loves to make a scene.

Leshy & the Baabaa kids

Baabaa and Narinder sent the kids away and briefly told Leshy their story.

After that, they let Belomor and Vlastya properly meet their uncle. The kids already heard about Leshy and knew he was going to join the cult soon.

Being the 7 year old that he is, Belomor immediately asked him a ton of questions! Leshy answered all of them.

As a member of the family, Leshy got himself some fancy custom cult clothes. He also changes his bandage daily so that it doesn’t get filthy.

Open to change and friendly to everyone in the cult, he warmed up to Narinder’s family pretty quickly.

The kids easily accepted him as a part of the family, they call him to play and bring him camellia flower crowns. It took Vlastislava some time to learn that he cannot see what she’s pointing at, but she got used to it eventually.

Leshy adores Buyana as much as the other two, but he struggles to interact with her, because she is a baby that cannot talk and mostly just points at things.

He is too scared to be left alone with her, worried that she may get hurt without him knowing.

Buyana tries to call him “Le” as in “Leshy” but ends up calling him “Me”.

Narinder was watching Aym and Baal play with their toy staffs, when Vlastislava came up to him, dragging her brother with her, his paw in hers.

“See!” she shouted, gesturing at the kits.

Belomor frowned. “Yes, you're right”, he said.

“Why do Aym and Baal get new toys and we don't?” Vlastislava stomped her little foot on the ground, turning to her father. “I want new toys!”

Narinder tilted his head. “Don't you three already have toys?” he asked, glancing over his shoulder to where the toy chest was at.

“Most of those are Buyana's! We don't wanna play with toys for babies”, Belomor huffed. “We want our own unique toys like the ones Aym and Baal have!”

Narinder paused for a second. “Tell me, what kind of toys do you two want?”

Vlastislava, being a #1 fan of Baabaa, asked for a toy crown and a sword. She also stole a piece of fabric from somewhere.

Belomor asked for some wooden figures to play with.

Narinder loves his children, yet he couldn’t help not to give special treatment to the newly revived kits who he’s known for way longer. They took on the roles of the cult’s children next to Belomor, Vlastislava and Buyana, though, so they all had to be treated the same way.

This situation was enough for Narinder to remember the obvious thing: his kids may not be hundreds years old like Aym and Baal, but it doesn’t make them any less special. They may be small and silly, sure, but it doesn’t make them less of persons!

After that, Baal and Aym didn’t get any special treatment. If one of the kids was getting something new, the other ones were getting it too.

The only thing that the kids didn’t get to have (yet) were their own custom clothes. Naridner and Lamb promised them that each of them would get to choose what they want to wear once they turn ten years old.
