Our MENTAL BALANCE in times of COVID19
Hi there, welcome back! I just want to ask you a simple question, HOW ARE YOU? I just want to know what you feel and how you cope during this pandemic because you would possibly forget yourself to ask about it. It’s better to take care and to check yourself, right? Keeping your mind and body healthy is a great way to free yourself from worries and stress especially during these times.
So today, I want to share my thoughts and experiences with you on how to have stronger mental health. Poor physical health can cause an increased risk of developing mental health problems. Same as mental health, it can have a negative impact on our physical health. That’s why these two should not be thought of as separate. When facing a situation that feels threatening and uncertain, such as coronavirus emotions like fear and anxiety are completely normal, we can also find ourselves caught up worrying about all sorts of things that may be either unlikely to happen, unpredictable, or even unimportant and it can cause us to feel even more stress than anxious. Based on what I’ve witnessed and experienced with my sister and niece, they had a coronavirus, their swab test result was positive but asymptomatic, we are all worried about what happened, she cried over video call for days and she keeps praying for complete healing, it’s a little bit alarming even if it’s asymptomatic. After knowing that they got COVID, they isolated themselves in their condo unit for two weeks. Everything that is needed to do and to tell them like to drink vitamins, eat healthy foods, and must be hydrated at all times has been done because a healthy body must have a healthy mind. After two weeks of quarantine, they decided to have a swab test again and on the third day, the results are already negative. So, did you see the progress? Having breakdowns is normal because it is only the way to flash all the negative thoughts and feelings to ourselves. Worries are already there, you just need to remind yourself that it isn't helpful, we're not fighting or pushing away all hypothetical worries, we're simply choosing not to invest any more of our time and energy into them and it is absolutely necessary choosing not to invest in those worries.  
A little stress can be helpful. It can be the motivator that keeps us to keep fighting. But high levels of stress can negatively affect our mental and physical health. Taking care of our minds is always important. So, if you’re dealing with this right now, ask for help. Find some distractions to keep yourself busy and entertained, like to have a healthy routine, do your exercises, it can improve your daily mood and also your outlook, sleep at least 8 hours a day, eat regular well-balanced and nutritious meals, drink a lot of water, and lastly engage with family and friends, you must surround yourself with people that makes you happy. Keep your body and mind healthy to enjoy a full and productive life. Try to find the motivation to do activities that you enjoy. This will help you restore your mental health. Despite the challenges we are all facing now due to COVID-19, we can still find purpose in our lives and be supportive of one another.

Di ako impostor pero pa vent out lang saglit
Sa totoo lang, nakakapagod talaga sa earth with all this 2020 kalat, pero despite na super nakakapagod sya there’s this solace feeling na it is worth the try, to push and fight harder. Di ko alam pero na fefeel ko talaga na I did the right choice to be here. Oo nandun yung fact na walang kasiguraduhan yung lahat pero this is better than doing nothing I guess. 
I am currently full of hope na everything will be okay. I just have to understand that I am currently just starting at lahat naman ng bagay na worth it ay kailangang pag hirapan. Sana tuloy tuloy lang talaga and ganitong attitude.

Miss working.. hmmm.. do I just mean the pay? Not really. Working gives you purpose in life to earn, to practice what you love, to have the chance to take care of your love ones, the chance to learn, experience the synergy to accomplish something, the high of attaining your goal.. but there one thing I really miss? The chance to work with your friends and doing something great.. I miss the smiles and the laughter and the hugs and the motivation your share to one another.. someone to cheer you up if you’re down and toxic with work, or a pat on the back telling you it’s ok.. next time will be better.. the laugh, the smiles, the greetings that energize you to be more.. and go thru the week.. there Will be better days..
