approaching the base camp were two brand new sims!

ava deyes ( created by @melsie-sims ) is a young adult, and her traits are bookworm, cat lover, and squeamish. she grew up in a very sheltered home, she was home-schooled, very isolated, and absolutely craving an adventure. the closest thing she’d ever gotten to a real adventure was when she’d stay up later than she should reading her books. after becoming a young adult, she moved out of her parents’ home... but the struggle was real for a while. she slipped from dead end job to dead end job, and one little wish later... she was in manifest, not that she knew where she was.

we also have grady wallace ( created by @cereberries ). he’s a teen, and he’s a geek and outgoing. he grew up in foster care and bounced from family to family and has had literally dozens of different families. however, none of them ever felt quite like home. he was supposed to move to his new placement, and he spent the night looking at the stars, wishing that he could have something stable, wishing that he could have a home to call his own... the next morning? he was in a brand new place, confused as all get out.

“who are you?” ava asked grady, frowning slightly, “where are we?”

“grady. i’m.. i’m grady.” he was staring at the big blue house in front of them, frowning, “and i’m pretty sure i’m dreaming.”

“well grady... i’m ava. and if you’re dreaming, then i must be too.”

I NEVER have multiples in my game and I just had the maximum the game currently allows! No cheats. No fertility boosts of any kind. Only MCCC playing me hella dirty.

this is a monumental moment in manifest history. zoya has reached level 10 in the skiing skill! this has allowed us to unlock the onsen. by unlocking the onsen, paired with the maxed out rock climbing skill, we have unlocked our second world!

this means that our group has gained access to windenburg. no one is living there yet, but we have the option for it in the future.

“your fun bar’s depleting, is it? i know a way to bring that up from red to green...” aki offered with a grin.

as much as sidney loved her husband, there was only one thought on her mind. “no more toddlers.”

“not every woohoo is guaranteed to make a pregnancy... besides, contraception will be unlocked soon maybe we can use it retroactively.”

“okay, okay, you’re lucky you make cute kids.”

molly was out and about determined to raise some more simoleons to get the medicine machine for peanut butter... she met a beautiful german shepherd out in the wilds of their town!

“hello good boy!” molly declared, “look at you out here all alone...”

“all we do is work and parent and skill build for work and then grind to make money...” sidney grumbled as she fixed the yet again broken sink. “what’s the point, aki? there’s gotta be more out there!”

“you’re not up for a mundane tuesday?”

“my fun bar is depleting.”

“these pancakes taste amazing!” akeno said almost too excitedly, “there’s something different about them...”

sidney couldn’t hide her excitement as she shared the big news, “i mastered the cooking skill! we can start working on owning restaurants now... not us, of course, but maybe alli would want to...”

“i’m exhausted...” sidney murmured, “but i just... god, it’s nice to have some time  for just the two of us. you know?”

“agreed.”

these two really can’t wait for the boys to age up... less toddlers are exactly what they need. but even three toddlers running around causing pure chaos can’t stop them.

“well, the kids are busy... i might as well get some work done. we need to renovate this place... again.”

sidney and akeno love their kids so much, but a little bit of tablet time never hurt anybody. at least... not as far as we know!

“you know buddy, you should probably be sleeping like your siblings...” akeno loved the opportunity to spend time with any and all of his children, but he knew sidney wanted the kids on something resembling a sleep schedule.

“fly daddy!”

“okay, one more airplane...”

with both parents busy working on their own things, the toddlers get to work on skill building... sidney and akeno want their kids to be happy or top notch toddlers, and the only way to do that is to build their skills as high as we can!

since completing her painter extraordinaire aspiration, sidney has been working away on lady of the knits. she’s been making gifts for anyone and everyone in her circle, and hopefully they are loving them.

welcome to the knowles-zhang household... it’s early in the morning, all the toddlers are asleep, and akeno and sidney are also taking advantage of being able to sleep ( for once ).

zoya’s birthday party is doubling as a spooky party... everyone has shown up in costumes. sidney and hope match, and jax and akeno also match... they’re both boba fett. then alli chose to dress as a crazy robot. here’s to a good birthday party for miss zoya!
