carver was born august 19, 1983, to a pit worker named barry anderson and his wife, laura.

in 1984, prime minister margaret thatcher ordered the closure of 20 pits in the uk, including the brenkley pit in tyne and wear, where barry anderson worked. this caused the miner's strike that lasted a year.

during the strike, money was tight and carver's father returned to work despite his wife's objections. this led to the slow and steady downfall of their marriage, and barry being labelled a 'scab.'

in 1985, the strike was lost and the brenkley pit was shut down.

struggling to make ends meet in a depressed economic landscape, barry accepted a job in germany that took him away from home for months at a time.

during barry's absence, both he and laura were unfaithful. their marriage was all but over, but they refused to divorce for the sake of their son.

a few years later, a change in german tax laws forced barry back home. he'd picked up a heavy drinking habit while in germany, and he and laura soon became abusive to one another.

carver was an unruly and rebellious child. he was not academically talented, but he excelled in subjects such as art and music.

when carver reached secondary school, his parents finally divorced and barry disappeared into his alcoholism. eventually, his abusiveness affected carver and he lost all visitation rights. he died a few years later due to complications relating to liver cancer.

carver finished school with abysmal qualifications and re-did his exams in via a two year college course.

at the age of eighteen, carver joined the army. he stayed there for ten years and completed a tattoo apprenticeship between multiple tours of afghanistan and iraq.

carver met and fell in love with a woman named rose carter during his time in the army. they remained together for nine years.

he rose to the rank of corporal before leaving the army at the age of 28.

he and rose got engaged and broke up within the a year due to infidelity on both sides.

having saved up enough money, carver chose to immigrate to america in search of new beginnings. this is where he met a texas chapter of the bandidos mc and prospected for a year, before officially joining their ranks.

due to his past experience and willingness to perform the club's dirty work, carver has risen to the rank of enforcer for his chapter.

due to the thickness of his accent and pride in his home city, carver was nicknamed 'geordie' by his brothers.
