VINYL RESEARCH

After having a morning coffe at Bankcorner on Hunter ST, I noticed a little op shop across the road that I’d never seen before. It was called Hunter Gypsy. It had a few sale racks outside and as I walked in the man at the counter informed me that everything inside was also on sale. I walked past some vintage kimonos to get to the vinyl section which was tucked away in the corner, all records $2 down from $12 PERFECT!

I didn’t recognise any of the albums so I chose one with a bright coloured text that I thought I’d like to use in my collage and it also featured pot plants! I was in a wee bit of a rush so grabbed it and used all of my spare silver change for the $2 record album.
