"Altehrwürdig“ ist wohl die passende Bezeichnung für JOSÉ LUIS FERRER. Damit ist nicht nur die Ausstrahlung des Gutes gemeint, sondern auch die des Hausherren selbst. Voller Stolz berichtet Señor Roses, dass die größte #Bodega der Insel auch in der nächsten Generation in der Familie bleiben wird. Schließlich hat er ja mehrere Söhne. Der Familientradition folgend, werden sie mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit zunächst ins Ausland gehen und #Weinbau studieren.

Das #Weingut JOSÉ LUIS FERRER blickt auf eine lange Tradition zurück. Seit 1931 wird hier im größeren Stil Wein angebaut. Bereits der Gründer und Namensgeber des Guts José Luís Ferrer Ramonell hat dabei auf modernste Techniken sowie eine fundierte Ausbildung an den besten Schulen der Welt gesetzt. Bis heute hat sich daran nichts geändert. So kann man beispielsweise in einer Ecke des alten Kellers mehrere viereckige #Barriquefässer finden. „Eine Erfindung der Schweizer – ausprobieren kann man das ja mal. Unser Oenologe hat diese Fässerform allerdings für uninteressant befunden“, lacht Xavier Cartañá, ein Mallorquiner mit deutschen Wurzeln. Er ist für das Marketing zuständig und zeigt deutschsprachigen Besuchern gerne die Bodega JOSÉ L. Ferrer.

Der Rosado von José Ferrer zeigt im #Glas ein kräftiges, leuchtendes #Rosa. Viel Frucht schon im #Bukett mit Aromen nach Walderdbeere, Himbeere und Zitrusfrüchten, darüber Noten weißer Blüten. Die kräftige Frucht kehrt am Gaumen wieder, dabei frisch und ausgewogen mit lang anhaltendem Abgang
