Importance of teaching Sign language to children:

At Parkshala, our founder and 3 of our teachers learned Indian Sign Language (ISL) in 2019 with @noida_deaf_society before introducing deaf and mute children to Parkshala. It turned out to be one of the best decisions at Parkshala!

We wanted to make them feel included and hear children to be sensitized toward deaf and mute children.

Fun Fact: Just like spoken languages, Indian Sign Language also differs slightly from state to state.
