People who work on stuff that requires working in groups are so emotionally resilient. I've been doing this project with two classmates that I KNOW are responsible and serious and nonetheless my nerves almost gave in (okay scratch that, they totally gave in at some point) whenever something went wrong. I am too much of a perfectionist control freak to trust others with this type of split duties model.

#no cause we thought we had fixed the problem but then it wasn't fixed #and they weren't answering my messages (unfortunately they were probably eating dinner while i was losing my mind)#it sucked bc i needed their parts to be fixed so that i could be done with it al AT LAST #bc i was doing the very last step (a mockup)#and they were offline!! and i was stressing out bc the deadline is tomorrow AND I WANTED TO GO TO BED 😭!!!#and it's not their fault bc they thought the colours had been fixed! but turns out they were not completely fixed #i was crying. and it was not a figure of speech.#thank god the last bit of fixing was much easier than i thought it would be so i did it myself #but not before i sent like ten fucking messages all but begging them to resurface and fix it #my messages are literally 'we didn't fix it' 'please can you fix it' girls i will do it myself' 'girls i can't do it. can you do it pls'#'girls i found what's wrong' 'i fixed it all it's all done and over'#the messages on their own make me look INSANE and timestamps oh lord the timestamps. every five minute i was saying something different.#i can never come up with a solution to any stressful thing like a normal person istg i always have to have a panic attack beforehand #I'M GOING TO FUCKING BED #and probably have nightmares about colors and tiffs and psds and jpgs and pdfs and formats and layers hsagdasgdaksldg #me.txt
