yea afterimage is pretty great
#my posts#gameblogging#liveblogging afterimage#the devs released a huge update patch today#that fixes a lot of things ppl complained about#ive been playing for about 10 hrs and am having a blast#the only time i get frustrated is with the boss fights#or when it comes to the consumables#bc in the beginning the game is very stingy with both fast travel and healing#but its a lot of fun#its huuuuuuuuuuuuuge theres so much to find and do and explore#and all the areas are so beautiful and the enemy types are pretty creative#i love the weapon variety and the sequence breaking#and it has such a chill vibe#the music during the boss fights has been kind of shit so far#but outside of that the music and the art are amazing#and the voice acting is decent even if i dont particularly care for the story rn#yea its fun#has the potential to join my list of the great metroidvanias perhaps
