5. this is such an interesting question! i’m gonna go with a basic answer and just say literally any bread from a japanese bakery? i play bandori sometimes and i always wind up starving whenever moca and saya talk about baked goods with each other because god they sound good. i actually like fluffy bread but most bakeries in america just have very sweet, very sugar cookies and cupcakes which i don’t mind and love a lot but i just want some fluffy bread please thank you. i’ve actually always wanted to try more japanese cuisine thanks to a youtuber i watched when i was a child, emmymadeinjapan! she’s actually why i got really interested in japanese culture, not through anime! i think that’s always surprising for other people to learn about me, since i know a lot of anime fans just get interested in japanese culture because of anime but nope! i will say i’ve always been obsessed with other cultures though so it’s not really that surprising, if you really know me. i watched travel shows with my mom all of the time as a kid and they’d focus on the food of other countries and it made me want to go absolutely everywhere, from france to india.
28. this is the benefit to having younger sisters - i get to show them all of the shows i used to watch as a kid so i get to watch them all of the time! not that i wouldn’t just watch them by myself even if i didn’t have younger sisters, but it gives me a pretty convenient excuse in case anyone asks. my favorites growing up were ben 10, courage the cowardly dog, the grim adventures of billy and mandy, my life as a teenage robot, danny phantom, and the power puff girls! i think i still gravitate towards shows from when i was younger just because they were a lot darker? granted, they were all children’s shows, but they were just super messed up and i loved that as a kid, and still respect it now! especially when it comes to courage the cowardly dog. that show... it was insanely morbid but it had some of the most beautifully sad episodes of any show i’ve ever watched and that’s saying a lot. specifically the last of the starmakers. that was sad. i will say though, i was an awful child because i would sneak upstairs whenever my dad left on horror movies/horror shows and watch them for fun. masters of horror was one of my favorites which is definitely not a show i would recommend letting any six year old in your life watch. then again, my dad let me watch bones when i was ten which is a horribly gory and graphic crime show so i guess i was always mature enough to handle an obscene amount of horror. this just got too in depth about what a weird child i was. oh well!
44. we have so many birds around here it’s so hard to pin point one but i most often hear black capped chickadees outside my door! however, i most often see blue jays. it’s a very weird combination of birds.
46. well being a spring baby and having my middle name being that of the goddess of spring herself, i love spring personally? i love when the flowers start blooming and you can go out for walks and just breathe in the fresh air and have everything feel perfect. and i love chasing butterflies! and picking those little flowers that just grow everywhere - queen anne’s lace, violets, dandelions - and making bracelets/rings/flower crowns out of them! it’s a wonderful season, i wish more people appreciated it to be honest
