Here's my piece for Behind the Mayhem.

At long last, I'm excited to share my FULL piece for 'Behind the Mayhem Fanzine'!!!🥰 A callback of sorts to the very first Muppet film where Kermit and Fozzie run into the band at that old church; I always wanted their coffee shop to be a real place! (maybe even as another lil eatery destination in the Disney parks, like Rizzo's pizza place? get on it, theme park designers!)

anyhow, I picture this (ha) as being their commemorative Opening Day snapshot!! so proud of these groovy new business owners! B]

But yes!! All that aside, I am EXTREMELY thankful to be able to say that the 'Behind the Mayhem' fanzine is now in it's Production Period. Imagine! In just a couple months or so, all of the amazing artwork created by fellow artists and muppet fans who helped make this project a reality, will be printed, in physical form, along with our lovely merch. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported this zine!!💕 I'm so, so excited to see this project through to completion~ 🤩

Now that sales are finalized, we can officially post our work for the Behind the Mayhem Zine! With my piece, I wanted to embody the three things the Muppets stood for: Zany Chaos, Unbridled Freedom, and Togetherness.

I tried venturing as far out of my comfort zone as I could with this one and I think it turned out pretty dang good, if I may be so bold.

With sales being final, we’ve been given the blessing to post the work we did for the Behind the Mayhem Fanzine. My piece was focusing on Dr. Teeth broing with Rowlf the Dog on his group's lyrics and sound, as I was charmed by the idea.

A sneak peak of a piece I made for an Electric Mayhem fanzine! Everyone’s art turned out so groovy, and if you want to snag a digital or physical copy for yourself, you can over here starting tomorrow!

“Dagbladet met several Satanists at a pub in Oslo late last night. Several of them had been to the police. The victim played guitar in the group Mayhem. The drummer thinks that there may be someone in the Swedish black metal community behind it. He has also explained this to the police.

“We received many death threats against the band. Both I, Øystein and the Count spoke negatively about the Swedish Satanists in international fanzines, so-called underground magazines. The threats came over the phone or in letters,” says the 24 year old. Now he thinks that he and the Count may be the next on the list of the people who committed the murder.

In recent weeks, he is said to have locked himself in to prepare for the album that should have been released in September. “We have postponed the release until further notice. First we have to get to the bottom of the murder”, says the 24 year old. He says that he is considering bringing weapons with him in the future. Several in the environment are already armed. They are prepared to defend themselves against enemies.”
