Third day in a row going swimming 🏊🏻‍♀️🌊💪🏻🧜‍♀️!! The best thing I can do for my mental health; most of the time, my head is a very noisy place to be, always full of thoughts... but when I’m swimming, everything goes quiet and peaceful. Swimming is my personal meditation 🧘‍♀️ as well as the best physio.
