I feel silly that I never learned how to hack acnl even tho finding hacked towns on tumblr a year ago is what inspired me to pick up the game again with a fresh town and make this blog 😅

I'm super proud of Laverre, it is a gorgeous town but I planned all this hacking stuff for it and was never able to figure it out even with the help of a few people here. I still really want to but now I'm so focused on NH coming out i haven't even really considered playing NL (plus I can't remember when I last played and since I time travel I don't think it would tell the right date if I checked the log 😣).

I think it might be fairly unsafe for me in general to hack my game, cause back when I was really into Stardew Valley I used SMAPI and added like 100 mods and textures to the game but then abruptly stopped playing for a long long time and now SMAPI can't even update and all my mods aren't updateable either 😢 I don't think I could commit, and if I broke my system or lost my town I'd be devastated.

It's beautiful even without hacks so it's fine, I just wish I could see the town as I had originally envisioned it. Those of you with hacked towns, I find your work and dedication super admirable and I always look forward to seeing your photos and town updates! 💖
