P R O G R E S S I V E P A I N T I N G Productivity was on my side yesterday as I submitted revised designs for a potential design collaboration. . Floating on the residual endorphins from my productivity high, I continued painting my first piece for a new art series focused on Coconut Grove and the early Bahamian settlers. . If you’ve been following my IG stories, you’ll notice the composition has changed and I’m using a rapid abstract painting technique I tried many years ago and I’m loving the effects. . Given the fact that I’m interested in applying for a Fine Arts master’s program that requires me to add another 8 - 10 pieces to my repertoire, I think it’s unfair that God gives me so many ideas and talent, but only 2 hands to accomplish it all. . Therefore, I’m learning to have fun, relax, and experiment with different painting techniques. What’s most important to me is conveying the message versus perfection. .
