Val was settled on a sofa with a cup of alcoholic punch, taking big sips and playing with the long fake gray tail he was wearing. He was in his normal clothing- a worn leather jacket, an old flannel underneath, skinny jeans... except he had on a tail and some mouse ears. “Yeah, Halloween’s a pretty visual holiday, so I mostly come for the food an’ the company. See? I’m one of the three blind mice.” He teased, wearing sunglasses- a great excuse to wear them inside and not look weird. “Get it? Cuz... I’m blind... and uh, I ate my brothers. That’s why it’s just me.” He added, trying to figure out a story.

If you’re not feeling spooky yet, it’s time to start! This Friday, you’re invited to the biggest Halloween bash in NYC, hosted in a bi-level loft in Chelsea by Al Shea and Delilah Matthews. There will be a costume contest, bobbing for apples, spin the bottle, and more! Be there or beware!

This dash event will take place from Friday, October 26th to Monday, October 29th! As always, participation is not mandatory, but we hope to see everyone getting in the Halloween spirit! Starters are to be tagged as blbchalloween, and for those who would like their characters to be judged in the costume contest are asked to tag their costume entries as blbchcostume! If you have any questions, our ask and IMs are open!

The winners for this year’s costume contest are in! There were so many great costumes and having to choose just a few was tough. We’ve divided it up into one male winner, one female winner, and one winner for funniest costume! There is also a runner-up for each.

And the winners are... @nikoxnowak as Poseidon, @viviwestbrooke as Australien, and @tysonnhartt as Sexy Toadette. Runner-ups are @orion-boyd as Tharunduil, @margotno as Joan of Arc, and @sterlingxlangley as Token Black.

Winners each receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. Runner-ups each receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card. Everyone who entered received a gift bag full of Halloween themed candy.
