There are five ways to reset BLUBOO S1

Normal Factory Reset – It will delete or erase all things but not like hard reset. If your phone is slow heating, then use this.

Hard Factory Reset – It will delete all thing in your phone permanently. If can't switch on the phone or want "Force reset" then you can use this. Video Guide - below

Reset Remotely – This is new method; in this method, you can reset phone remotely. You can do this in your PC,Tab.

Reset phone from PC - You can reset your phone from your PC or Laptop. We use SDK tool for this. It is safe method and also we provide another 3 apps.

Flash Stock Rom -This is a most advance method. We can fix system errors too. In this, we install system software again onto your phone.

How to Reset BLUBOO S1 Normally

Step 1,

Take your BLUBOO S1 phone and go to menu and then go to setting.

Find “Backup and Reset” Note - Get full back up before doing this.

If you check that, it will save the WIFI password and your apps data.

If you want backup, then you must sign to google account before doing this.

Automatically restore the WIFI password and other all apps data and settings.

Step 2,

Tap the "Reset" and it will start performing reset. After restart you can use your Device.

Factory Reset / Hard Reset BLUBOO S1

Step 1,

Note - We recommend you to get full back up.

Take your phone and switch off it by pressing power key - please wait until vibrate or ring.

Now press the Power button + Volume Up button + home at the same time until android logo or BLUBOO logo appears.

Above Combinations not works? then Try Power button + Volume Up button

Step 2,

After pressing that, you should have below recovery screen and you can access the phone’s boot menu. If not, see the bottom of the post. Power key = enter Volume Up = go Up Volume Down = Go Down Read More - Increase Internal Rom after root

Step 3,

Go down and Tap “Wipe data/factory reset” by clicking power key.

Go down and select “YES–delete all user data” by taping power key.

After pressing “YES–delete all user data” your BLUBOO S1 will start performing reset. So, Don’t remove phone battery during this task.

You will have to set date and time, language and sign into your google account after the reset.

Reset BLUBOO S1 remotely

First, Go to Android Device Manager and login to your BLUBOO phone’s google account.

You can see there is options Box. Click “ Erase” in the Box.

Click the “Erase” and confirm it. It will start to reset the BLUBOO S1 phone.

As well, you are able to use Android device manage for,

> To give a ring to your phone. Then, phone will start ring phone's full sound > To lock the phone if it is NOT locked yet. > To change the lock screen of BLUBOO phone.

Remove Pattern Lock, phone password

Lot of people suffering this problem they don’t know how to delete Pattern Lock from their phones. If you use any third party app to set Pattern Lock then Uninstall it first. If you does not use any app then you may have been set it through the phone setting. Try to find it and remove.. If you can’t find then your final solution is “Hard reset”. This process will be performed after switching off the phone.

After resetting, Autoboot or bootloop or auto restart

First, remove your phone battery and wait for 5 min. Then put and press power +Voume Up + home together and select factory reset. If it Auto boot or auto restart – may be power switch is defective and is always depressed. May be your phone case is pressing on it. So, remove that case for little. After try to go recovery mood. If is does not work then install Stock Rom.

After factory reset my phone can’t connect to internet

Q : I performed reset my BLUBOO S1 phone. Now i can’t connect to internet and the sim card was not recognized. There is a error code too “E:failed to mount /preload”. A : Contact your Network severs provider (SIM). If there is no any error message then you should ask Internet settings for your phone. A : Reset your smartphone again. Appearance & Design

From my personal impression, build quality, design, and appearance all looked very impressive. MAZE Alpha body is composed of a solid metal frame with a glossy black plastic cover that can easily get fingerprint marks when holding it, but its something you can avoid if you buy a protective case. That said, If we would compare the MAZE Alpha external looks vs Doogee Mix device, externally they look very similar with the front camera located on the right corner, and also the location of the LED flash and shape of the housing of the rear camera that looks pretty much the same on both devices. The main difference is the size of the device, weight and the MAZE Alpha big 6-inch display.

MAZE Alpha USB Type-C Interface (Plug Compatibility Issues )

The USB Type-C™ cable plug provided inside MAZE package was not the correct one. It didn’t hook up to the phone port and was free, therefore couldn’t charge the phone. The reason I wanted to point this matter out is that I didn’t see any tech reviews discussing this problem. To avoid confusion, both MAZE Alpha and also Bluboo S1 Phones are using a USB Type C ver 3.1 Gen 1 Plug, and not the commonly used USB Type C 3.0 plug. If you are asking what is the difference between both connectors?. the lengths are not similar and the v3.0 connector is larger in size.

This leads to few compatibility issues. If you have plans on buying the MAZE Alpha you need to the into account you will need to buy few extra cables as a backup. especial if you are going to use it with power bank or a portable charger. Although we are not talking about a defect or a flaw in the design. Perhaps this type of plus was selected because it is capable of achieving high current and voltage with minimal power loss as main consideration. Nevertheless, It’s not clear why MAZE decided to select this type of USB Type C interface for their phones when the standard Type-C 3.0 is still very commonly used worldwide.

Hardware

Powered by MediaTek Helio P25 SoC, The MAZE Alpha phone is powered by an MT6757 Octa-Core processor (8 core) running at frequencies between 247MHz- 2.5 GHz. Similar to the previously Bluboo S1 and Doogee Mix devices. From my personal impression, the phone performed well with a relative high AnTuTu score of 61084. The additional 4GB RAM with combining with the Helio P25 SoC contributes to a more smoother user experience running applications as well as high graphic games under Android 7.0 OS.

MAZE Alpha comes with a stock Android ROM based on Android 7.0 Nougat OS, without any special launchers, just a simple and clean system. Overall user experience was smooth and good, No complaints here.

Display

MAZE Alpha comes with an excellent 6.0 inch 1920 x 1080 sharp and bright display. As a user planning on watching movies on this big screen device, I had no issues about its quality.

Speaker – Produced average, but very decent sound.

Microphone – Performance was pretty average as in most Chinese phones.

Cameras – After updating the latest ROM via Wireless Update (OTA) launched on 17/10/017 the general quality of the photos produced by the main camera and the front selfie camera looked decent or very average. In low light conditions, the photos came out very grainy and blurred.

According to my test, the MAZE Alpha 4000 mAh Lithium-ion Polymer battery provides approximately 7 hr:20 min of “light” usage performing basic tasks, such as playing few youtube videos, Browsing, using IM Applications. It’s not the best battery selection in the world for a device equipped with a 6-inch display, but considering the phone price, it’s a very reasonable pick that should be enough power for a half a day of normal usage on a single charge. beyond it, you will need to use a power bank or just charge it again.

The Bluboo S8 Review and Overall Impression

The Chinese brand Bluboo is renowned for making high-quality and features rich smartphones at a pocket-friendly price. While the Bluboo S1 was the first bezel-less device by the Chinese manufacturer, it recently released the Bluboo S8, which is closely similar to the Samsung Galaxy S8 in terms of looks and design.

The S8 is a gorgeous metallic handset with a frame made using Zinc-Titanium alloy. It is a tall design with ample 5.7-inch screen estate with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Bluboo S8 Processing Power

On top of the powerful MediaTek Helio X30, the Bluboo is also equipped with 3.0 GB RAM AND 32 GB ROM. However, if you feel the storage is not sufficient for your needs, you get the option of adding a microSD with a maximum capacity of 256 GB. All these resources are kept running by a powerful 3,450 mAH non-removable battery. In comparison, the Galaxy S8 only offers 3,000 mAH of battery power.

Powerful Camera Setup

When it comes to the cameras, there are two snappers – a 16 MP and an assistant 3 MP. The secondary sensor collects distance as well as object data and helps create a blurring’ effect in portrait photos.

The main sensor, on the other hand, incorporates autofocus tech with an F2.0 aperture. The dual LED flash setup is designed to work in low-light situations. The front facing selfie camera is an 8 MP that creates detailed mugshots.
