Hello! I noticed in your bio that two of the pronouns you use are voi/blur, I wanted to ask how you’d use them? I’ve been sheltered from the LGBTQ+ world growing up and I want to know how I could properly refer to someone with these pronouns. Thank you for your time!

yea sure i mean i never really get people who do use them but if you were to:

for voi it’d be like “i saw voi the other day” or “i think these belong to void” and “voi said that voidself”

for blur it’d be like “blur painted blurs room last week” or “blur told me blur would do it blurself”

RE: Clancy not being generally aware of himself and Torchbearer having powers - I've had this theory in my head that the Bishops assert their control over the citizens of Dema, and make themselves seem more important than they actually are, by making people believe that they are the only ones in the world who possess magic. Clancy is such a threat to them, because he is concrete proof that they are lying, and people finding out about their deception could potentially put their whole reign in jeopardy. Hence why they keep kidnapping him, and controlling his channel of self-expression: His music. If they keep him under their thumb, then he can't tell people the truth, and they won't rise up against them!

ooooooh yea they want to control him so badly because they see him as that big of a threat (which i imagine via the lense of blurryface and tyler as being the insecurities about what you write and create keeping you from putting them out there because of fear) but he just keeps pushing and perservering

looking at your blurry and spooky designs i'm glad to see i'm not the only one who has to change the height completely!

i also love how blurryface is supposed to be intimidating, like a wall tyler (or clancy, depends on veiw of canon lore) can't get past. yet your blurry looks like a scared cinnamon roll! :)

oh crap i was just rambling about the blorbos

originally blurry was supposed to be that sort of wall or obstacle, he was essentially canon blurry. over time that changed, and now the obstacle is the bishops like in canon as well as 004 (who is doing a pretty bad job at it just saying).

blurry and spooky then became main characters and protagonists, entities who came here looking for an escape from their home world, and instead got dragged into this whole mess and were forced into being that obstacle or else they would be killed.

they’re just trying to get by and live their lives, and didn’t want to be in this whole bandito-bishop-dema-trench conflict, but that’s where they are and they’re pretty content with that outcome. better than living in fear of death, right?

again, the bishops still exist they are still the main threat, but blurry and spooky used to be unwilling threats but broke away from it with the banditos’ help.

blurry is terrified, imagine being constantly surrounded by people you don’t really trust, people you think are going to try to hurt you. they’ve both been through a løt, too much, and that obviously leaves scars that affect you for the rest of your life. and all before yøu’re even considered an adult by your species’ standards.

Im the one who sent the ask about the Rebel Red AU. I just got done reading through your carrd of it, and I wanted to say I loved it! 004's design is definitely my favorite, followed by your Blurry too. The species are awesome as well(voidstalkers such a sickass name) and Id love to make my own OC out of one of em one day honestly.

Also, Im so glad Im not the only one who has a Blurry(OC? Version? Idk) that isn't exactly evil. But I do love the evil one(004 is just so freakin cool I can't get over it--) thank you for sharing your creative AU! It makes me feel better knowing Im not the only one who makes those.

initially blurry was just canon blurry but gradually he diverged more and more and both of them got their own stories and 004 is for the evil blurryface enjoyers also yes please make a vøidstalker nobody has ever made one aside from me
