When a character's been hurt, but they've "rested enough" and they've got stuff to do and they're like *groans* "see? I'm fine." as they try to stand up, all sweaty and grimacing, and the rest of the team exchanges looks cause the character is obviously not fine but it's also useless to try and tell them that... that's good stuff.

“Seduce me” 👀

Whumper commands poor innocent whumpee by saying “try to seduce me.”

And poor baby clueless in-pain-24/7 Whumpee has to try their best to.. flirt.. and .. try and convince this cruel stranger to like them. They hate it. It’s humiliating and they’re bad at it and Whumper only watches with an amused smile. They stumble over words and don’t know how to do anything other than take the punishments and the pain. They don’t like the acting, the performing, especially with Whumper as the costar.

It’s the worst. Whumpee would rather be in pain.

During chores, the whumpee finds a spare (but sharp) item. Could be a fork, a knife, a needle, something around whumper’s house that they come across and hope no one will miss.

Every day, they go and check to see if it’s still in their hiding spot. It’s a secret weapon that they could use, and they’re protective over their only chance at overpowering or injuring their captor.

Then one day, it’s not where they left it. Whumpee whirls around to be face to face with Whumper, who holds the item in their hand. “Looking for this?”

Whumper gets uncharacteristically worried

Maybe Whumpee is extremely injured, more than usual, and Whumper panics about losing their favorite plaything, and suddenly they “remember” how to give medical attention

Coddling Whumpee to help them regain consciousness or what have you, and Whumpee comes to extremely confused as to why their captor is treating them with such kindness

After loaning Whumpee to a different Whumper, original Whumper looks them over with irritation to take note of the new markings and injuries to make sure they didn’t go overboard

Whumper taking a step back and mentally rethinking how worried they are. Whumpee is just a pet, just a plaything that’s meant to get hurt, right? That’s all they are, right?

“Open your mouth,” Whumper commands.

Whumpee shakes their head no, knowing what it means if they do.

Whumper reaches and grabs their cheeks with one hand, forcing their jaw open with their fingers and quickly shoving a pill in their mouth and down their throat, rubbing their neck with their other hand to force them to swallow.

Whumpee swallows with a gulp and a shiver, and dreads the moment the pill’s effect hits them full force, just like it always does.

“There,” Whumper coos, rubbing their cheek with their thumb. “That wasn’t so hard, was it?”

Rescued Whumpee finally allowed things!!

Showers/baths! They stay in the hot water for what seems like hours, scrubbing and using soap and enjoying the peacefulness of getting clean

Eating regular meals! They scarf down their food as fast as they can, but eventually they take their time and enjoy the meal and also enjoy the company of Caretaker at the table

Omg is that a dog?? Whumpee is careful and cautious, and treats the animal with the utmost respect and hesitation. The dog, of course, loves Whumpee and barrels into them, licking their face and making them smile and laugh, pushing the dog gently off.

Picking out their own clothes! Going shopping with Caretaker and admiring the outfits, and not thinking that any of them will look good on them. But Caretaker insists, and Whumpee ends up fluffy sweaters galore
