Anxiety thrives on negative thought loops, but Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps break the cycle. Instead of believing, “I’ll fail,” challenge it: “What evidence do I have for this thought?” 💭
Try this CBT technique:
✅ Catch the anxious thought.
✅ Challenge it with facts.
✅ Change it to a balanced perspective.
Example: Instead of “I can’t handle this,” reframe it: “I’ve handled challenges before, I can do this too.” 💪
