30 years ago today I gave my Senior Recital at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Akron, Ohio. 30 years ago! The fedora I’m holding is from my encore (Indiana Jones-Raider’s March) which delighted the audience. (My teacher, not as much). 2nd pic is the brass quintet of my friends who all graduated with me. My very dear friend Jerry Bronko passed away today after a brave fight with pancreatic cancer. I met Jerry 35 years ago this month, and we became great friends over the years. He was my assistant in the pipe organ business from 1992 until his illness kept him from traveling. I will miss him.
