brie cheese also just owns in general. im not a cheese scholar i need to get aquainted with the higher arts of cheeses all over the world but i do enjoy me a good brie, gorgonzola, camembert and maybe a little edam despite it paling a bit compared to the others (i am portuguese, so that's why that last one is there)
