Does he set your world alight, or is he just another toy, that you will discard and throw away?

Day 4. Alphabet Backwards are a relatively unknown band, and I only came across them when I was checking the lineup to the Truck Festival (which Little Comets - see yesterday's post - are also playing at, in fact the line up is so good...)

Since, I am a big big fan of laid-back indie pop, I was instantly taken in by the catchy lyrics, big hooks and cutesy summer sound. Alphabet Backwards produce the sort of infectious music that stays in my head for the best part of a day to the point that I am unknowingly humming away to their music while waiting to pay for my pint of milk at Tescos...

The band are originally from Oxford, and it will be interesting to see if they do any gigs close to home during university term-time as I'd really like to go see them. It's definitely my brand of pop :).
