#bro why do adhd. autism. chronic illness. and trauma all have the same fucking symptoms#it’s like I can’t tell me from the trauma responses#realizing I’m trans helped a lot but now I feel like that’s the only thing I know about myself#also feeling a lot or guilt for having access to treatment for my trauma while people are being retraumatized and murdered constantly#just a lot of cognitive dissonance and dissociation#like grateful that I have access. but like why me ya know#I didn’t do anything to deserve it but being born where I was#I’ve felt guilty for being alive since I was a kid#it’s like a weird survivor’s guilt but what did I survive?#wish my head would shut the fuck up#me posting#shoutout to my bestie internet anonymity.
