it seemed yesterday that nights were still hot and scented of summertime, but today you look outside and nature is showing his warm reddish colors around. 'Autumn is a second spring where every leaf is a flower' wrote Camus, and it is incredibly true. But not just leaves, the backyard's trees are filled with almonds, chestnuts, medlars, jujubes and olives. Autumn is here. And it is wonderful!

Pumpkin and almond pie 100 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 300 g cooked pumpkin, 3 eggs, cinnamon, salt, half a glass of milk, crumbled amaretti cookies, 200 g of almond flour, short crust pastry. Place the short crust pastry in a cake pan. Mix all the ingredients and put the mixture in the cake pan. Put in the oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
