The Beechcraft King Air 350/350i Dual Engine Turboprop
The King Air 350 was first entered into service in 1990 and is based off of the 300 model / variant. Upgrades to the aircraft include improvements to the wing design, an extended fuselage and more.
The wing on the 350 has increased from the 200 variant, at a measurement of approximately 57 ft 11". Another feature which helps assist with fuel consumption and climb performance, is the winglets that have been integrated into the design.
In a standard dual club seating configuration. The number of passengers that can travel on the 350 is somewhere between 9-11, including crew. It is single pilot certified and utilizes the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite.
The King Air 350 has an internal baggage compartment with approximately 55.3 ft³ of storage space. Additionally, this turboprop includes wing lockers which enable you to account for more storage while traveling with this aircraft.
The engines you will find powering the 350 are the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60A, with 1,050 shaft horsepower. They are actually located or positioned further outward when compared to previous models of King Air turboprops.
Also:
In 2020, the 350i was one of the best selling turboprops, with 34 sold.
The propellers are also located a little further forward, which helps to reduce noise within the cabin.
