Ranking every Pixar movie
From worst to best.  As an extra challenge, tag five people to do it too.  @falling-oceans @sweetkirbi  @briefstrangerchild  @matchasweettea @tehhappypl-ace
22. The Good Dinosaur: I hate Arlo. As a character, he has no spine, spends most of the film whining about how terrible his life is and then when he finally gets a grip, the movie is over. As for animation, the dinosaurs were too cartoon like to feel right for such a landscape based film. I did like the Pizza Planet truck in the opening scene, ten out of ten for hiding it with the asteroid belt. 21. Monsters University: nothing interesting happened here. Moving on. 20. Finding Dory: sigh. This film was well animated, I love Pixar and water, but most of the stunts felt, too unreal. Where Nemo and Marlin fountain hop was what killed me. I liked Hank, but when the film had him drive a truck with all the fish inside, I gave up. I did like the closure on what happened to the fish from the tank in Australia, but however they got to Cali beats me. It was nice to see Crush again. 19. Cars 2: MATER IS A SIDE CHARACTER. Ok, rant over. I thought it was okay, but still, very disappointing for a Pixar sequel. 18. Cars 3: The trailer was better than the movie. Pixar should have stopped after Cars 2. I personally didn’t care for McQueen’s end paint job. 17. Cars: The idea is nice, the soundtrack is killer, I just don’t like the Cars movies at all. I’m sorry, but McQueen is egotistical and a jerk. Just because he got stuck in Radiator Springs, doesn’t mean he’s got character development. I do however love when he arrives that first night, easily the best five minutes of the movie. 16. Toy Story 4: It felt more like a marketing strategy, rather than a continuation of the Toy Story universe. Forky and his existential crisis is a solid mood. I’ll admit, I walked out halfway through the film, it wasn’t worth my time. I wish that they left it at three movies. 15.  Monsters Inc.: I liked the idea of the movie. But, feels like the plot drops too fast and that the resolution drops as well. Mike’s comedy act is game though and Put that thing back or so help me remains one of my favorite things to yell at siblings. 14.  Coco: the animation is Gorgeous. I loved this movie when it first came out. The story is beautiful, they handled the villain with grace and it gave me warm fuzzies. However, it’s overplayed. Every family reunion I’ve been out since this film came out, they’ve played this. Stop. I think the songs are okay, but I get tired when they’re stuck in my head. Pixar created a masterpiece that my relations ruined, which is ironic, since the movie is about family. 13. Toy Story 2: they reused the, ‘I’m not a toy!’ plot and that made it tired. I liked Jessie. And the horse licking Cheeto dust off of Al’s fingers. Al looked a bit like my middle school theater teacher, so that made me feel uncomfy. Other than that, decent film. 12. Inside Out: Joy is annoying. The idea is great, although they missed a great pun opportunity with when they had to walk through long term memory. Could have used a memory lane pun. The rest of the puns were amazing and I loved the concept, just wasn’t well executed. 11. Up: I don’t cry during movies (Frozen 2’s show yourself is the exception), so I didn’t really feel upset during the first ten minutes of the film. I love Kevin and Russel’s friendship and then the pleasant surprise that there were baby Kevins. Carl had great character development and I’m grateful Pixar showed real world challenges people go through. 10. Incredibles 2: Voyd is amazing. So is Violet and Dash, I loved the boat, but my favorite part is right before the battle with Screenslaver. You don’t talk, you watch talk shows. You don’t play games, you watch game shows.... The monologue over Elastagirl hunting the big bad gave me literal chills. I would pay to watch this again and again. I loved the limo driver that messed up his line to Frozone as well. And the little girl with the sign at the protest reminded me of similar signs I’ve seen, and made, before. 9. Bug’s Life: Very mature for a Pixar film. Held onto some ideologies I’ve studied and I personally think it’s a lot better than Antz, which took a similar direction but failed. 8. Toy Story: the animation may not have aged gracefully, but for when it hit theaters, it was something the world had never seen before. I love the magic eight ball, the aging of the room was a nice touch and the dog was a riot. 7. Toy Story 3:great finale. Great characters and development and great animation. I love Barbie and that she broke up with Ken instead of just being an airhead of a toy. 6. Finding Nemo: Cinematic masterpiece. Pixar and water is a great combo, and it’s got a great story. 5. The Incredibles: Violet is so relatable. Mirage is awesome, easily the most underrated bad guy to good guy I’ve seen. Mom and Dad hero pair, amazing. Dash running on water, amazing. Violet growing up and saving her brother from the Omnidroid, amazing. Edna Mode voiced by Brad Bird, amazing. This film was incredible. 4. Brave: yes, this movie gets a lot of hate. And I mean a lot. But I’m a sucker for a heroine who takes charge. Merida fights with her mom, we all fight with family and that makes it feel realistic. The music is amazing. Chase the wind is still one of my favorite songs. The will the wisps are accurate to myth and th amount of sheer detail goes unnoticed in this movie. DunBroch, Mordu’s fallen kingdom, the Stonehenge, the sky are all so artfully animated. The witch is an absolute riot and I love her. 3. Onward: DND references everywhere. I love it. Ian Lightfoot is a relatable character with his social anxiety and lists of what he needs to do, and his sacrifice is commendable. Barley is a supportive older sibling and he’s a role model with how he helps his younger brother learn to drive, learn magic and so many other things. The Manticore is excellent and a salty character I live for. The mom is bad a, and I think that it’s amazing she got so much screen time compared to other Pixar moms. Ride of the Valkeryies playing while Barley salutes his van’s final voyage? Tearjerker. The curse beast having the face of the high school’s dragon mural? I was the only one who laughed in the theater I was in. It was relatable and heartfelt, a Pixar masterpiece. 2. Ratatouille: this movie was the start of my love of baking and of Paris. I was young when it came out, but it’s so, so artistic and beautiful. Remy is a well thought out character and having Gusteau as his shoulder angel was amazing. Alfredo Linguini literally means white sauce pasta, but I’ll ignore that. The end with the new restaurant is amazing and Chef Skinner is salty and I like it. 1. WALL.E: space. This was my childhood. I’ve seen this movie maybe upwards of a hundred times. The animation is gorgeous, the characters beautifully scripted. For a movie that has only 22 minutes of speech, it conveys a message far more powerful than any words could. WALL.E is a sunshine child with his hyperfixation on humans and as someone who hyperfixates, this was amazing to see on a big screen. That it was okay to have quirks and unique interests and viewpoints. The spacedance is beyond anything and it still has bits of humor, along with heartwarming scenes and images. EVA fixing WALL.E at the end was painful, and then the Spark bringing back WALL.E’s life was the best ending I could have ever gotten. And his whole goal was just to hold EVA’s hand, it was soooo cute!  I might have to revise my list when Soul comes out, but here’s the current!

We Are All Going to Die.
We are all going to die. God thats the cringiest thing you’ve ever heard right? Even cringier than what I’m writing I guess.
I’d like to share with you something my friend once told me:
“The Sun that you know, the brightest thing in the sky, is no more special than any other star in the sky. Even during the day, there are thousands of stars in the sky. You’d be able to see them, too, except that our star, the Sun, is so close to us that its brightness makes all the other stars invisible, except at night.
These stars, each and every one of them, live much, much longer than anything on Earth has ever lived. While some plants and animals can live for thousands of years, the stars all live, burning brightly, for millions, billions, or even trillions of years.
That’s a very, very long time! But it isn’t forever, and believe it or not, we’re lucky that it isn’t forever.
Because if the stars never died, if they never exploded, and if they never blew up, we wouldn’t be here, talking to each other, right now. And I’m so glad that we are, because you get to learn one of the most amazing secrets about life, and I get to teach it to you.”
My name is #T18. No, I am not a robot. You know in Uni when you’re incredibly skint and haven’t got a bean to your name? I guess that’s where my story begins but god, this sounds like bullshit I should quit while I’m ahead. No, I need to finish this.
You know in science when you learn literally everything is going to die and everything is meaningless? but god that could never happen to you! I was legit exactly the same. I had a real name at one point, it was so long ago my memories are a blur. How long ago I bet you’re wondering? Well I’ll give you a hint: From my window I see a wasteland. Everything is burnt and rotting and overshadowed by a giant red circle not far from Earth.
I have this memory from when I was younger and these white clouds fell from the sky.. Its a bit of a haze.
So let me tell you a bit about my world. Everyone’s lost track of the decade. The Privileged or “Humans” lurk under the earths surface in a high tech cooling bunker. Thats where the important people are anyway, the less valuable humans died out decades ago, I still hear the screaming.
So a bit about myself because you’re probably all incredibly confused, is there anyone even reading this? No there has to be. Continue. I can’t remember my name, No I am not a human. I’m not a robot either. I am dying. I’m part of the Service, which means I used to be human I just wasnt valuable. I simply woke up one day in an overcrowded hospital. I remember looking at myself for the first time I couldn’t believe it. I have long fire red hair and dark skin, my eyes haven’t been pigmented so they’re red and the majority of my skin is scaled which best guards me against the suns blasts.
I used to feel invincible but now, the plants are dead and our oxygen supply is dead. Today’s Service (the ones that survived The Heat) all have limited oxygen supply, whatever the Privileged can spare I guess. we carry our oxygen packs on our backs which are heavier than you think, we have these little tubes that have lasted decades which attaches the oxygen to our noses.
So what do I do? Well the service have all sorts of jobs. we could literally die at any time. You’d think that terrifies us but we’ve been surviving for so long I couldn’t possibly know what living is. I work in deliveries, I go from the land greenhouses to the bunks to deliver food to the privileged, its tedious but its what I’ve always done. My journey takes about 21 hours there and back which allows me to go back to the bunkhouse for the night and change my oxygen tank.
I guess thats my entry for tonight, how do I turn you off? SHIT WRONG BUTTON oh there it i--
AU: Ok so I really never do this and I know it need a lot of work! I’d appreciate all criticism and/or ideas ?

What’s going on, everybody? Looks like it’s time to take a ride on the artwork train and check out my amazing drawings for all of you to see!
- Never though I would see the day when I combined Wander Over Yonder, Spongebob Squarepants and Zaboomafoo all rolled up into one awesome crossover! This was a parody of the Spongebob episode, “The Paper”.
- Wander with the Pantomimes at Tapper’s. Wreak It Ralph fans might remember this scene from its squeal, Ralph Breaks the Internet.
- KENECT OVER YONDER! Wander decided to check out Disneyland Adventures, his first stop was Space Mountain. Also I couldn’t resist doing a crossover with Wander and my favorite YouTuber, Brian Hull.
- Wander wearing his Venice outfit. Got the idea from one of my favorite films from Pokémon, Pokémon Heroes. AKA The Guardian Gods of the Water Capital, Latias and Latios!
- Bedtime for Care-a-Lot returns! And I always though Wander was scared of Lord Hater, I guess he’s frightened of No-Heart too.
- Thomas Over Yonder! I though it would’ve been funny if Percy herd the song that Annie and Clarabella were singing and shouted “HEY!” at them to quit making fun of him. Guess that’s what happens when you think of Put Apon Percy.
- Once again, best part of Pokémon world. Hands down! And this is coming from the person who encountered this on a GameBoy.
- “They’ll find me, they’ll always find me. Mimes find me.” Wander and his greatest fear, the Pantomime and yet, this will always be the SCARIEST WANDER EPISODE EVER!
- Decided to share my Earth day drawing from last year. I couldn’t resist drawing Wander and Sylvia cosplaying as WALL.E and EVE watching a new tree grow. I placed the lyrics from the ending song, Down to Earth. Surprising enough, it was my favorite song from WALL.E when I was little, I would listen to it for HOURS!
- Craig McCracken and his shower rings. If you’ve seen The Powerpuff Girl documentary, you’ll notice that the crew had a thing for shower rings. While I was looking back at this, it kinda looks like Craig had one crazy night.

IT’S CHRISTMAS VACATION!!!! Hello fellow Wanderers, WanderFan2000 is back with a brand new doodle dump, this is going be a long one because I didn’t know when I was looking through the Art of Cars 2, I had no idea that nostalgia memories would hit me hard! Also you might notice that these pictures were drawn on blank paper because I forgot my lined paper and my Wander folder at home so I had to use my Cars 2 art book as a substitute. Now that I’ve gotten all those details out of the way, let’s get started with the fanart!
- I took one of my Pokémon books, How to draw Unvoa Heroes with me today and I took a stab at drawing one of the three starters, Snivy! I haven’t drawn Unvoa Pokémon in 9 years ever since I started going to elementary school!
- Pokémon World was playing in my head again, so I decided to draw myself doing one of my favorite parts from the song! By the way, I’m going to be doing this scene as a pohto set tomorrow, stay tuned.
- It’s time for a new episode of Wander Over 30 Rock! I was looking at a bunch of 30 Rock comics with Wander on Cody’s blog and when I saw this comic, I knew I HAD to do my own take! I’m sorry if I didn’t get the dialogue right but that happens WAY more then you would ever known...
- The Art of Cars 2 holds a lot of secrets from the making this movie. These two scenes right here would’ve made Cars 2 A LOT DARKER THEN IT WAS!!! They both show Mater getting captured by Zill, the original villain of the film and his henchmen. Basically, these two scenes are shown that the evil bad cars were threatening to KILL Mater! Everybody, Dark Pixar strikes again!
- Next up, I drew a picture of me hugging Polar. It makes me want to watch The Porlar Express again. My logo got a little cut in this picture, DARN MY PICTURE TAKING SKILLS!!!
- I drew Pikachu captured in a glass jar from the episode, Navel Maneuvers! I apologize for the spelling errors.
- Remember how I said I was going to be making a Part two to this drawing? Well, today I finally made it! WALL.E gets captured by Janet because the planet wanted to have a talk with the little trash compactor...
- Wander and Janet the planet AKA: WanderFan2000 can’t stop drawing The Lonely Planet and she also starts to suddenly see that after 5 years, she is STILL LOVING A SPACE TRAVELER AND A SENTIENT PLANET!!!
 - I was looking through my Art of Cars 2 book and I stumble across this small picture of Mater becoming shocked as the entire spy train turns into a huge weapons vault! I loved this picture so much, I knew I had to do my own version of it!
