thinking about how nate was most likely zeus’s favorite son at one point in time only to now be one of his biggest failures
#he fought many battles in his name and won those#nate’s basically the reason they won the war#zeus had to have been incredibly proud of him#but then nate chose survival#and in doing so he swore off the gods#he swore off his father#and he betrayed his entire heritage#i imagine it’s still complicated for zeus though#like there’s disappointment and disapproval there#but also pride because nate managed to fucking survive all on his own#he did that!! he lived!!#dude bamboozled his dad but he’s still kicking#anyways i’m not here i’m on the train home#i’ll be here tomorrow ❤️
